Optional besteht die Möglichkeit ein zusätzliches Schlaf-, Ess-, Wohnzimmer für weitere zwei Personen dazuzubuchen, welches sich gegenüber der Wohnung auf der anderen Seite des Flures befindet.

Den die rad und Wandergebiet Brunsummerheide, Tevenerheide und Shopping Center Maastricht, Roermond liegen alle in unmittelbarer Nähe.( circa 20 min.)
