We stayed at the house for an extended weekend. It is in a very quiet location. The decor makes you feel right at home. Especially in cold temperatures, the fireplace is a real highlight. The kitchen is well equipped. And if you had any questions, you could always reach out to the host. We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful friends weekend. all a private bedroom that were very spacious. you basically don't have to leave the house. it is equipped with every comfort. a lovely jacuzzi with a lovely sauna in addition. bbq works super well. very spacious kitchen where you are equipped with every comfort. large living room with a pool table. everything was very clean. we choose a different house every year but this really jumped out. this home is highly recommended

We were in the house for a JGA and felt more than comfortable. The large kitchen-living room on the 1st floor offers the perfect space for a wonderful girls' night together! The rooms and bathrooms were modern, new and clean. Thanks to the good weather, we were even able to spend the evening behind the house with the cozy lounge furniture in the evening sun. Everything around perfect! 🙏🏼😍

Furnished with a lot of taste and high quality outbuilding of Ludwigseck Castle, located in the middle of nature and tranquility directly at the castle. The highlight is the light-flooded, very well-equipped kitchen with stunning panoramic views of the surrounding hilly landscape. We felt very comfortable here. The only minor drawbacks were the at times somewhat unstable hot water supply and the tiny fridge, which was unfortunately much too small for our group of 6 over the Easter weekend.

Beautiful, modern accommodation with very good facilities - an additional highlight are the running ducks in the garden :)

We enjoyed staying at the Werthof very much. Young and old were delighted, celebrated the game chest and appreciated the cozy accommodation. Excellent for a family reunion. Very clean, everything you need and extremely friendly hosts. I'd love to come back.

We wanted to spend a relaxing weekend getaway with close friends and Manfred‘s house was the most ideal place to be. The house is perfectly located - away from the hustle bustle of the city and close to nature. The views from the house are splendid and the proximity to the lake is cherry on the top! Manfred is a great host, was available to communicate when we needed him. The house was clean and cozy and we felt absolutely at home here. We have great memories here and will definitely recommend and love to visit again! Thank you :)

We were looking for a place to stay for a little getaway in nature and hiking for a few days over Easter. And it all worked out here. Peace, lush green meadows, eggs that feed their offspring in the nest, creek ripples, a great garden, the property as a starting point for hikes and walks and just the accommodation itself. The charming furnishings and the interesting layout of the apartment invite you directly to be cozy. There was nothing missing.

We had a lovely stay! Herfried and Henriette received us very hospitably. We felt very welcome. The has a very nice apartment and equipped with all the comforts. Our kids have enjoyed all the toys. Convenient location to explore Kassel and the surrounding area, supermarkets nearby.

We stayed at the apartment for three weeks. It really has everything you need. It was all very clean. Also we were able to sleep very well as it is very quiet. I can only recommend the apartment.

I rarely write reviews, but the experience was incredible, every detail was perfect. The room was lovely, warm and comfortable. The landlady is very nice. It came completely unexpectedly and I was really happy 🥰

We had a wonderful weekend. We were warmly welcomed and the fireplace burned on arrival. We felt right at home. It felt cozy, cozy and cared for. There were five of us, but a nice bed was also prepared for the fifth. The little girl still played outside at the playhouse where she could glide and bake the slide and sandcats in the sandpit. We overlooked the garden with a forest behind it. It was wonderfully quiet. In short: we enjoyed it very much!

A wonderfully beautiful apartment in an idyllic village. We were guests in Schmallenberg in the apartment of the Kölbel family in winter. The apartment corresponds 100% to the pictures. Super easy check-in/out. Arriving at the apartment, we immediately felt at home. Everything is super clean and the apartment is well laid out, enough space for 6 people. The bathroom and beds are a dream💯. The Kölbel family is super friendly and helpful. In the village you will find everything you need, a small but fine EDEKA (Tante Emma) a beverage market a pastry shop and some nice restaurants. The apartment has always been a great starting point for our excursions. We thank the Kölbel family and are already looking forward to next winter in Schmallenberg.

We felt right at home in this sparkling clean spacious apartment! The new decor is thought out in detail and tastefully put together. We didn't miss anything, neither with the modern kitchen equipment nor in the living area. In the sleeping spaces there are generously planned closet spaces and storage spaces with practical hanging options. It was particularly pleasant that there is a guest toilet in the entrance area! Rarely have we experienced such perfect amenities on our travels! The communication was immediate and reliable both in advance and during our stay, i.e. excellent! We had a lovely long weekend at Sabine's place. The apartment is well equipped and very clean - we lacked nothing. The surroundings offer many opportunities for hikes and excursions. We also enjoyed the quiet location and the good communication with Sabine. We will be happy to come back!

We came to Winterberg to visit the Dirt Masters. the apartment was clean and everything for the day. There was a need. There was nothing wrong with the location. With in the countryside with lake views...great. The bike park was only about 10 minutes away by car and there are also many other ways to make his free time. The only drawback: The extra bed was really maximum uncomfortable, as it is extremely soft on the outer sides and has a very hard link in the middle, so you can't sleep comfortably on it. Here, if necessary, another solution should be organized. Otherwise everything was great and we would definitely like to return.

I had the pleasure of staying at the "Family Friendly for Work and Leisure with Cinema" on the Diemelsee, and it was an outstanding experience. The apartment is modern and stylishly furnished, which immediately gives a feeling of comfort. Particularly impressive was the in-house cinema, which is a highlight for both children and adults. The location near the Diemelsee offers numerous recreational opportunities, whether hiking, swimming or just enjoying nature. The hosts were extremely accommodating and made sure we didn't miss anything. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect combination of work and leisure in an idyllic setting.

The apartment is very nice, clean, is the perfect size and is equipped for. We particularly liked the perfect location to the bike park, so we were even able to get into the accommodation quickly for the lunch break. The sun balcony with a view of the lift/slope/bike park is also great. It was nice and quiet (except for the crackling heating noises at night, so I turned it off). The only negative for us was the extremely soft bed, so my friend emigrated to the sofa. In retrospect, we learned from Sven that there is a mattress topper, it may have been better without it. Communication was great, check in and out hassle-free

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It was well suited for us (with a 1.5 year old child). We particularly liked the quiet surroundings and that the nearest playgrounds were still only 10 minutes away by car. Our tip for families with small kids, for whom the Aqua Mundo is nothing yet: the gold bath in Korbach is only 20 minutes away and very nice.
