The house is in the bottom row on the lake, so that no house in front of it takes away the view of the Diemelsee. Enjoy the peace and nature directly on site. If you want more action and sport, drive to Willingen, which is only 12km away, or to the equally popular town of Winterberg.

The 80 square meter living space is divided into two bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, guest toilet and a spacious living room with kitchen and dining table. A highlight is the spacious sauna in the house. The great sunny balcony and terrace with seating and lake views invite you to relax and unwind. Sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth hiking, skiing or mountain biking.

Throughout the year, you can enjoy the beautiful nature in this comfortable apartment. Hiking, biking, skiing, swimming, wakeboarding or enjoying the view with a drink on the balcony. There is peace and quiet but also plenty of entertainment in the immediate vicinity. The house is fully furnished for 5 people. Equipped with a large TV with Google Chrome Box, and free WiFi. There is free parking in front of your private garage. Your bicycles or motorcycles are safe in the garage.

Located directly in the first row, you can easily reach all the sights and the swimming beaches around Lake Diemel.

Our approximately 40 m² apartment "Grün" offers cozy space for a stay of one to four people. It was completely renovated and refurbished in 2020 and provides a cozy atmosphere with modern furnishings. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. The apartment also offers you a spacious terrace with seating and a barbecue, which you can use during your stay.

Next to the river & R1 cycle track, two-room flat

The apartment is fully furbished with a well equipped kitchen. You will find towels and bed linen in the bed room. 2 additional guests can stay on the sofabed in the living room. The river Fulda is directly next to us, with direct access. You can swim, try stand-up paddling or just enjoy the landscape after your bike tour or after having explored Kassel.
