A wonderful little refuge!!! Lovingly and comfortably furnished with small welcome greetings, as if you were visiting friends. Perfect! Ingo is a very attentive host and available at all times. I felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back!!! Thanks to Ingo for the lovely stay!!!

We spent an extended weekend there with 8 adults. The house is wonderfully suitable for this. Rebecca and Christian are very attentive landlords. We lacked nothing. It is an old millhouse, the water rushes right past the house. It is part of an old estate, away from the village, idyllically located on the edge of the forest. We highly recommend.

Everything wonderful - helpful hosts with a very friendly dog. You live garden to garden, but have a lot of privacy through a separate entrance and your own small courtyard. Lovingly furnished, well-equipped cottage. Quiet, green location. We felt very comfortable there with our dog.

Very comfortable and pleasantly appointed. Bed was comfortable for a couple- not noticeably narrow as mentioned in another review. Kitchen was well stocked with both pots/ utensils as well as oil, spices and a few food items to get us started early in our stay. Both Sven and Anja were attentive and generous with our needs. Would definitely stay here again- 5 stars! Highly recommended!

We had a very nice stay! Miriam and her husband are very nice and helpful hosts. We felt very comfortable in the cozy apartment.

A cozy, bright and very fully furnished home. Our three young children enjoyed all the toys (go-karts, scooter, tractors, trampoline etc.), the animals and the beautiful surroundings. As a result, we found a nice balance with relaxing at home and activities in the vicinity. The kids didn't want to go back home. Absolutely recommended with friendly hosts.

We had a very nice stay in Kassel! The accommodation is located in a very nice garden and generally very comfortably furnished. It was clean, tidy, and overall straightforward. Also the contact with the host was always friendly and accommodating. Definetly recommend! :)

The apartment is very nice and well maintained and you have everything you need. It is very nicely located if you want to take plenty of walks. However, an outskirts road leads not far from the house. It is not quite as quiet as I had hoped. Unfortunately, the bed was much too soft for me, but the hosts said they would replace the mattress in a timely manner. So if a firmer bed is important to you, it makes sense to check out what the status of things is. By the way, you somehow already have your own small garden area, but since it is a neighboring apartment, the children of the house quite often walk past the windows. You're not as undisturbed as I expected. But the family is very friendly and accommodating. Overall, we felt comfortable. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Since we were only there for a weekend and did bike rides in the area, our expectations were fully met. It matched everything that would say in the description.
