Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 sqm we offer a place with cozy warmth due to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.), our sunken pool (heated by solar - water temperature therefore depends on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

The apartment is at ground level, has a fully equipped kitchen, a large shower room with natural light, two bedrooms with large double beds (four-poster bed & box-spring bed) and a living-dining area with access to the spacious south-facing terrace. The house was completed in 2021 and is equipped to a high specification. It is located on the main road in Oberflockenbach. Free parking.
