Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Great cycling, hiking and walking trails, in winter the cross-country ski trail, in summer the swimming lake is close to the house! Our local mountain, the Unterberg, offers skiing in winter, hiking and paragliding in summer, and can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The free ski bus, which runs in summer as a free regional bus in the Kaiserwinkl vacation region, stops practically at the front door!

The "Wilder Kaiser" ski resort is only 20 km away. You can reach the apartment via a private, separate entrance.

Now NEW: small fridge, stove with two hotplates and the possibility to prepare coffee/tea, microwave. On arrival there is the possibility to get a guest card for discounted admission to swimming pool, etc..
