Small, charming apartment for 1–2 people, in a quiet location and within walking distance (just 15–20 minutes) of Walchsee town centre. A rural idyll in summer: Swimming in Lake Walchsee and countless hiking and mountain biking opportunities in the beautiful Kaiserwinkl region, and in winter: Ski touring, downhill skiing and cross-country skiing. In Walchsee as well as in Kaiserwinkl there is a variety of regional inns, restaurants and also shops for everyday needs... Plus trips to Kitzbühel, Kufstein, Innsbruck, Salzburg and Munich!

Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Fantastic family vacation at Lake Walchsee/Kössen

Cozy, spacious attic apartment on the 2nd floor overlooking Lake Walchsee and the Kaiser Mountains. Great cycling, hiking and walking trails, in winter the cross-country ski trail, in summer the swimming lake is close to the house! Our local mountain, the Unterberg, offers skiing in winter, hiking and paragliding in summer, and can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The free ski bus, which runs in summer as a free regional bus in the Kaiserwinkl vacation region, stops practically at the front door!

The house is located 1 km from Lake Walchsee and 1 km from the Zahmer Kaiser ski lift. Fantastically sunny location. Tile stove in the living room (wood available). 4 bedrooms with double beds, TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen equipped, living room, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, price is for the whole house. For 2 people (only 1 bedroom) we are happy to make you an offer.

Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Die Kaiserlounge wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.
