There were four of us at Tim's place over the long Pentecost weekend. Despite the really cheap overnight price, we received a few small welcome gifts, such as wine and fruit. In addition, all the utensils you need, such as baking paper, coffee filters, etc., are available in the kitchen. The apartment is quite small, but well laid out and above all sweetly furnished and decorated. The area is quiet, as the apartment is behind the house and therefore away from the street. In the small village itself, you can't do that much, but you can get to Bad Staffelstein, Bamberg or Coburg in a short time by car.

We stayed with the whole family in the apartment and felt very comfortable right away. The apartment is really very nice and tastefully decorated without much frills. We would come back:)

We had a fantastically beautiful time in Franconian Switzerland and the cozy apartment. Everything was perfect, I'd do it again anytime ☺️

We were guests at Herbert and his family's place over the Pentecost weekend (we had contact with Franzi :)) and felt very welcome from the beginning. Everyone was extremely hospitable, which made our stay particularly pleasant. The accommodation was nice, tidy, very bright and friendly – you can tell that a lot of attention to detail is paid here. We would like to emphasise the cleanliness – everything was really very clean and well maintained. The area is ideal for nature lovers. There are many beautiful paths for walks, which we have used extensively with our dog. He was also warmly welcomed, which was a big plus for us. We were completely satisfied and can definitely recommend the accommodation!

Great host! Tanja’s apartment was comfortable, well appointed and nicely furnished and decorated. Tanja herself was friendly and made us feel welcome and at home. This was our last stop in Germany before heading home after our son’s wedding and was the relaxing stop we needed. The surrounding area is beautiful.

The accommodation was consistent with the photos, and it was very clean and well organized. Simone's mother lives upstairs, and she checked me in and explained things to me. He wrote a 'welcome note' for our family, and gave us homemade cookies for the kids and beer for the parents. I was so moved. The area around the house was so peaceful that my wife and I took a walk in the village in the morning. Everything was perfect and nice.

The apartment was well equipped and Annette even got a new high chair for our little son. Everything was child-friendly with socket protection, edge protection and stair gates. The bathroom and kitchen are well equipped. Even coffee with milk, tea, baby biscuits, chips and water was available. In the bathroom nicely decorated with toiletries. We lacked nothing. Excellent for us also Annette's bread delivery service early in the morning. The host family is very friendly, courteous and child-friendly. We enjoyed Heubsch very much as a family. Highly furnished accommodation that leaves nothing to be desired. Juliane provided us with information very well and was always easily accessible.

Had a great stay at the house. We especially liked the beautiful terrace, the large kitchen (fully equipped) and the large living room with smart TV. The second bedroom has two "normal" sized single beds - but is designed more as a children's room. Not so suitable for two couples. There is also a single bed in the living room. Beautiful quiet location, 10 minutes from the market square in Wirsberg. Great communication with the hosts! Everything was perfect :) Next year again!

We chose this house based on photos and reviews. But reality exceeded all expectations! The house impresses with the most unusually successful interior solutions and perfectly selected accessories, furniture in the appropriate key, the highest quality of household appliances. Convenience and perfection are the best acceptable words. The hospitality of the hosts, the desire to create maximum comfort and the feeling of unreal peace were highly appreciated by us! Special thanks for the highest 5-star hotel quality class of beds, mattresses, pillows! (I travel a lot and can say this! ) This is the most beautiful house in the entire district with well-groomed trees, flowers, and charming landscape design. A good location - among lakes and forests, fields, colorful nature create an atmosphere of relaxation. 5 minutes to a supermarket, restaurant. 30 minutes to Nuremberg. Highly recommended!!!!

A beautiful and renovated accommodation in the countryside in the middle of Franconia. The house was spacious and offered enough space for our young family of five, with a large, cosy garden to play, explore and be creative. A table tennis table and a foosball table provided additional fun for young and old. Everything was tidy and clean, we didn't miss anything. The location is very nice and quiet, yet only a short drive from supermarkets, restaurants and excursion destinations. The hosts are super friendly, respond quickly and welcomed us warmly incl. Excursion tips, restaurant recommendations and a sweet surprise!

The 1a holiday home is quietly located in Sophiental next to a stream. We booked the accommodation with Anika & Felix as a family of 6 + children and were thrilled from the start. The accommodation is well equipped and actually lacks nothing - The kitchen has incl. Spices and oils are all there for cooking, and there is a grill in the garden. Coals + lighters were also provided. For the long evenings in the huge garden, there is still a fire bowl and wood ready to make bread and marshmallows. A highlight is the lighting at night - it is incredibly cozy to spend long summer nights here in a deck chair. I highly recommend the accommodation - especially you notice that Anika & Felix do everything to make sure you have a wonderful time.

We met there for a family weekend. Since we had a small child with us, we especially liked the many toys available there - magical things. We had a lot of space and the dining table is really a communicative meeting place. - And suddenly you don't miss a TV and play with the beautiful social games available there. Unfortunately, we had bad luck with the weather, otherwise we would have loved to use the seats on the terraces. Everything is just very nicely designed. The modern, spacious bathrooms on both floors are also great. Thank you for everything.

We had a nice time in Nina's apartment. The check in was easy, the kitchen well equipped and in 3 minutes you were in the forest. The bed was nice and big, but unfortunately a little too soft for us. Thank you for the lovely stay :)

We were 6 friends who spent a weekend in Bamberg. The living/dining room was the perfect size. 3 single bedrooms that were spacious and nicely decorated. Super recommended!

We rented the place for the parents-in-law. Calm and clean appartment with a beautiful view, grocery shopping is possible in the neighbourhood, public transport is easily accessible and brings you directly to the city. Michael was super friendly and reactive. We definitely would recommend his place.

Perfect spot for our trips into Erlangen & Nuremberg, supermarket up the road is in easy walking distance, 254 bus stop just around the corner for Erlangen and the beer festival.

Beautiful large apartment and great hosts. We were able to use the beautiful and well-maintained garden in wonderful weather, which was the highlight for our two-year-old son. Ralf was super friendly, accommodating and flexible and also his parents very friendly, helpful and gave our son a lot of fun and joy. All in all, a great experience and an unreserved recommendation. The apartment has everything you need and we were proactively offered to simply ask if we were missing something for cooking, etc. Thank you and we'd be happy to come back anytime!
