The Arista Group of Properties is proud to present “Capri on Fenton” – One Bedroom Apartment. These are all Air conditioned with thermal heating in the winter. This apartment as a separate room with a top-of-the-line SUPER King bed and triple sheeting for that extra assurance of hygiene. In the living area there are 2 x single beds, couch and TV. These rooms all have a private courtyard with hot tub with spa jets, Unlimited Wifi, 50+ Guest select Sky TV, plunger coffee and guest toiletries.

The style is gorgeous with its hand hewn beamwork, limewashed floor planks and lime puttied walls, with duck blue occasional chairs, wood tablen table and linen sofa. This room doubles as a bridal suite with its glass chandelier accessory and lux woolen throws.
