Lovely little cottage with fantastic hot tub and outdoor space. Walking distance to Polperro village and easy access to the coastal path too.

Very lovely place, me and my girlfriend stayed here for a weekend and had no complaints. The host responded quickly and the property looked exactly like the photos. All the extra little touches like the fire wood, slippers, eggs and etc really made us feel welcome. Overall we really enjoyed our stayed and would happily stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at Silva Cottage.The cottage was beautiful and had everything a person could need and very clean. The location was amazing set in woods and so so quiet apart from the birds which were a delight to see and hear especially watching the comings and going’s of Woodpeckers on the bird feeder. The hot tub was spectacular.Set in the woods nothing could compare to sitting back and enjoying the tub with a glass of fizz. We had a great recommendation from Lorraine for an Indian Takeaway which delivered to the cottage and ate a great lunch at The Tamar Inn at Calstock. Great location for walkers with Dartmoor on one side and Bodmin Moor on the other plus the coastal path. Would highly recommend this property and would love to return.

We had a beautiful week at The Cart Barn, beautiful location with beautiful views and a private garden which was perfect for our pooch! we spent most of our evenings watching the beautiful cows out the garden! the hot tub was a lovely addition and the barn had everything we needed to make ourselves and our dog feel at home! Some great recommendations in the welcome book and from the owners of local things to do! Will definitely be returning in the future! :)

A fabulous little hideaway perfect for dogs! Couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing break! The secure garden meant the dogs could roam freely and every detail was thought of. The house was immaculate and really comfortable and a great central base for exploring Cornwall. We WILL be back!

This place was such a great find! We’ve just got back from the most perfect week away. We originally only booked for 4 nights but we extended our stay as we were having such a wonderful time. The place is just lovely with everything you need for a relaxing stay. We loved our welcoming gifts too. Kate and Simon are brilliant hosts and were extremely easy to contact. St Agnes is a beautiful location with some superb coastal walks. There’s also plenty of places to go out for food and drink. The beach is stunning also. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who is considering it (just book it!). Thanks again for a brilliant stay Kate and Simon!

Heloise's property was as exactly advertised, beautifully appointed & with lovely views . We weren't disappointed! The flowers & welcome goodies were a lovely touch. Our Labrador Retriever loved the outside space & although we had brought our own dog bed etc we also made use of the dog mat & bowl. Heloise & Steve we're on hand if we needed anything, the recommendation of where to eat & walk we're greatfully received We definitely recommend the Crows Nest Inn & the walk from Rame Head to Cawsands.The only problem we had was that we weren't there long enough. We highly recommend Heloise's annex & we will definitely be returning.

It was our third time staying at Brookedge and we plan to come back! The cottage is nicely situated away from people traffic but easy enough to get to the mainstream. The cottage is very charming and it makes you feel at home as soon as you enter. The kitchen is well equipped and one can prepare meals if so desired. Lots of pubs and eating places within minutes of the cottage. All in all a great place to stay! PS: There was no need to contact Emma while there.

My friend and I had a very comfortable and enjoyable few days at the Granary. We were made really welcome and the property was well equipped, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. Thank you so much to our host Claire! I would love to return sometime, and recommend it to anyone wishing to explore this beautiful and historic part of Cornwall.

This was our second stay at Sharon's barn and we will definitely come back again. It's in a great location, has all the bits and pieces you need for a week's holiday and is incredibly comfortable. the bed is very comfy and we slept soundly, waking ready for a walk to the beach for a swim.

We stayed in the cottage for 5 days. The garden was like a small, beautiful paradise, someone has very green fingers. The tub and views were amazing. Inside the cottage was exceptionally clean, with all the amenities you would ever need, of a high quality. Great comfy bed too. Excellent location for exploration. We have had a lovely week at Riverside Cottage, the cottage is picture perfect , very clean and had everything you could need. Adrian and Lucy were friendly, welcoming and helpful without intruding , they were very understanding of our anxious dog and the private, secluded garden at the garden was perfect, lovely local walks right next to the cottage. A perfect relaxing and restful stay. Will certainly go again.

Alfreds Cottage was easy to find, clean and made cosy a couple of cooler evening with the log fire. Wood and kindling available at Co-op. We didn't have a car, but local buses are just round the corner and centre of St Ives in walking distance, the up hill walk home was no problem. We ventured out to walk coastal paths, returning by bus. Also took train to Penzance, and Carbis bay. There is a big Tesco store at Carbis bay, the bus takes you there direct from main road near property. The coastal walks and beaches to visit around St Ives are just magic.. we did have fantastic sunny days though ;) Lisa answers queries promptly.. we sent a few suggestions when we left that we thought needed sorting.. This place was incredible and the photos do not do the views justice. It is in the perfect location for exploring the north coast of Cornwall, close to the camel estuary and the coastal paths and no more than an hour to St Ives and the south coast as well. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you should need for time away. Great to have the barbecue to cook on as well. Everything was spotless, the showers were strong and hot, and the bonus for us was the outside shower so that we could wash dogs easily after their escapades on the beaches. The supermarket is a short drive away in Wadebridge. Wr recommned walking on Watergate bay at low tide, coastal paths from Rock to Polzeath, around Trevose head to Booby bay, Fistral beach to Crantock and beyond, swimming in Porth, Crantock and Harlyn beach. If you want to visit Padstow and St Ives go early for parking and to avoid the crowds. Thank you Cate and Ben. We will be back.

After struggling to find the place( I had 2 satnavs and niether could find it) I called Katherine and she directed me to the cottage. It met all of our needs my only minor observations are that it lacks emergency information ( Dr etc). The sofa was a bit low for me and I would have liked a screen in the bedroom but otherwise we totally enjoyed our stay. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous cottage! It is a beautiful cottage and perfect walking distance to the pub at the bottom of the road! The house is bright and surprisingly spacious! The conservatory and the garden are a sun trap and we spent a lot of time there.. our daughter took her first steps in the conservatory so it’s a very special place to us! The hosts are responsive, clear and very friendly. Port Isaac is a lovely little village and everyone was so lovely. A gorgeous cottage in a spectacular part of the world!

This was our fifth stay at this wonderful cottage, and once again, everything was perfect. The hosts are absolutely lovely—so welcoming and friendly—and their dogs are just as charming! The cottage is always spotless, beautifully maintained, and feels like a home away from home. We had another fantastic stay and can’t wait to return again. Highly recommended!

Staying at No6 gave us a perfect break being extremely well placed for visiting family, going to the royal county show ground and taking trips all over Cornwall, close to wadebridge for local shopping and provisions and the pub food was excellent. Really friendly place with the option to be as busy or as quiet as you please and ideally located with the camel trail. Will definitely be back and was hard to leave when the time came :) thankyou for a great stay, Sara & Andy
