Welcome to a cozy house perfect for two people who want nature and comfort, or a digital nomad who wants to combine work with outdoor activities. Here you can enjoy the tranquility, go for walks without queues, light a fire in the fireplace and really relax. The cabin is located in a peaceful location by a gravel road with little traffic, overlooking the water. Nice hiking area around the cabin on trails or gravel roads. Drinking water is brought - Gas stove. Gas refrigerator with small freezer. Solar cell lighting/mobile charging - Wood stove (free wood for heating) Boat included, bring your own life jackets, free fishing. Only trout in the water. Great opportunities for harvesting berries and mushrooms. 30 min to Dalen, Fyresdal and Vrådal. 15 min to the 24-hour store. Pets are not allowed

Newer cabin with great views and nice hiking opportunities

Viking age hut listed in 2017 in Øygarden hut area. It is a small cabin area with good distance between the cabins and you have great hiking opportunities just outside the door. The cabin has 3 bedrooms. There is room for 7, but it is best suited for couples or families with children. There is a personal touch to the cabin as it is often used by us as well, so there will be basic goods in kitchen cabinets and there may be goods in refrigerators with durability. Use whatever you need during your stay.

We also provide rowboat so the area can be explored from the water. Here you will get the best lake and mountain views with all the comfort to enjoy your stay!
