There are great opportunities for outdoor activities both summer and winter; swimming, boating, hiking trails, top tours and skiing/alpine skiing at Gautefall ski resort. We want to share our amazing cabin in the mountains with you. The cabin is one of the highest located in the cabin area and has a very nice view of Nisservann. On the horizon, the high mountains reign. There are no other cabins on the backside. Here the hiking terrain is available right outside the door in summer and winter. Prepared ski slope is located 20 meters from the plot. You have a nice view of Hægefjell which is a popular hiking destination all year round. Vrådal alpine resort with 18 slopes is located only 500 meters from the cabin.

Solar cell lighting/mobile charging - Wood stove (free wood for heating) Boat included, bring your own life jackets, free fishing. Only trout in the water. Great opportunities for harvesting berries and mushrooms. 30 min to Dalen, Fyresdal and Vrådal. 15 min to the 24-hour store. Pets are not allowed

Come and stay in our restored log cabin! Here, the walls are completely black from the time when rock drills for the mine, nails and horseshoes were forged in here. At our place you can wake up to a view of the young horses or take a walk up into our woods. Maybe you'll stumble upon the old copper mine up in the woods? The cabin is simple, but it has running water. The outdoor toilet is located in the barn. There are always clean sheets on the bed. Want to borrow a kayak? Let us know and we will arrange it😊
