Authentic sheepfold, family, free, center NL

The old sheepfold has been transformed into a modern guest house for families, located in the scenic landscape of the Gelderse Vallei, at a good distance from the farmhouse. The authentic character has been preserved with wooden beams from 1758 and a partially thatched roof. Overlooking old oaks and a young forest. OLED TV and good WiFi (fiberglass) available as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The sheepfold is insulated, with double glazing and is heated by underfloor heating.

We do need to mention that you'll be sleeping in a box bed bunk bed: not ideal for tall people (1.90 m). Fully furnished with cooking facilities, a fridge, bedding, towels and a small heater. It is a lovely cozy cottage within walking distance of the bustling & picturesque city center of Voorthuizen. Voorthuizen is the perfect gateway to the Veluwe because of its convenient location. A good base for many hiking and biking trails, and there is plenty to do in the area.
