2 Bedrooms in the City Center with Boxspring Beds

The apartment is bright and modern and located on the first floor of a building with only three apartments in total. It is fully furnished with new furniture and comfortable beds. The apartment includes a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom and is suitable for both short and longer stays. The building is quiet and also home to long-term residents, so we kindly ask guests to be considerate, especially during the evening and night hours. For bookings of 2 guests, one bedroom is opened by default. You will still have full access to the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and garden. If you would like to use both bedrooms when staying as 2 guests (e.g. father/daughter, friends, or colleagues), this can be arranged for a small additional fee.

Situated on a wooden terrace overlooking the creek in the garden, where you can enjoy the tranquillity and peaceful surroundings right outside your door. The tent is bright, spacious and inviting, offering plenty of room for both relaxation and time with family or friends, all while surrounded by the Højgaard forest. Enjoy the tranquility of our old farm Thors, which dates back to 1630, in your own renovated apartment, with a private entrance. Separate bedroom, well-equipped kitchen. Close to nature, the beach and Skamlingsbanken. With only a 10-minute drive to Kolding city center. Easy to and from the highway, about 10 km. Opportunity to experience Kolding and the beautiful nature with walks and hikes around Skamlingsbanken. A trip to Hejlsminde is also recommended. Good bike paths right outside the door, which go all the way to Kolding.

It's cozy, bright, and with lots of room for you. The house is only a few km from the city center in a small village environment in the south of Kolding. We've taken care of everything that makes it a nice place while making sure there's room for your stuff. There are lots of rooms and the possibility of extra bedding. Workspace with garden view. And then there's the coziest large conservatory with direct access to the garden. Here is a small garden pool with goldfish. The house is not rented out to contractors

Annex on lovely country estate

Lovely annex, beautifully located on a country property. Garden and field view. Private bathroom. Bed linen/towels are included. TV with chromecast. Necessary service is available as well as microwave and fridge. On the property's 6 ha, occasionally horses go, the neighboring property is one of Denmark's largest vineyards. You can enjoy lovely walks in the area. It is about 12 km to Kolding and Fredericia . Shopping approx. 6 km away. Approx. 35 km to Legoland. There is no public transport to our location.

The house consists of large, beautiful living rooms with plenty of space and a fully functional kitchen 2 bedrooms, plus an extra folding mattress (without bed linen). 1 large bathroom and 1 extra toilet. Lovely outdoor room with a terrace and the option to cook. In addition, the garage has a fully equipped fitness center.

Here you will find forest, meadow and beach on this large beautiful natural plot. Close to Kolding, where there are many exciting sights. There are 6 beds in the house divided into 3 rooms and 2 extra beds in the annex. In addition, there is a loft in the main house.

Architect-designed summerhouse from 2019 directly on the beach. It has peace and quiet and a great view of the water where you can keep up with the changes of nature throughout the day. In the main house there is a bedroom, loft, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Corvid-19. For safety reasons, before and after each visitor will be cleaned and all surfaces disinfected.

The tent is located in the backyard, far from our house right on the shore of Åkær River, overlooking forests and open fields. There is a nice wooden terrace by the tent, where you can sit and enjoy your food, the view and the tranquility.
