Stay in the old village schoolhouse

Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and its thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go directly to the Palatinate Forest by mountain bike or on foot. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with a village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

Spacious 32 sqm non-smoking apartment with private entrance in a quiet location, easily accessible via A 65 and B 10. The apartment has a kitchenette as well as a dining, living and sleeping area, a hallway and a shower room with toilet. The garden can be used for smoking, for example. The University of Landau and the city centre are about 2 km away, the Master School for Hearing Acoustics and the Educational Centre for Occupational Therapy are about 4 km away. Our neighbor offers the same apartment "Wingert".

In our apartment with 40 square meters of living space in the basement, you will find everything you need to feel completely comfortable. The modern, high-quality furnishings of the living room and bathroom invite you to relax in a cozy atmosphere. In the kitchen with a cozy dining area you will find everything you need for cooking and enjoyable food. The cozy living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a TV. The modern daylight bathroom is equipped with a toilet and shower.

Vacation home in the chestnut forest

Our holiday home in Burrweiler is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest on the Southern Wine Road in the middle of the chestnut forest on the Teufelsberg, at 355m altitude, below the St. Anna Chapel. On the 1250 sqm fenced forest plot, there is a viewing area with a distant view of the Rhine plain, a gazebo made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. You can also book our "Waldhaus mit Traumblick" on the Teufelsberg and our "Grünes Feriendomizil" in Landau/Pfalz on this portal.

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Erholung in Dahn: hier werden Sie sich wohlfühlen! Unsere im Sommer 2021 eingerichtete 70 m² Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 2. OG über dem Bioladen und ist barrierefrei erreichbar (Aufzug). Den Schlüssel für die Wohnung bekommt man im Bioladen zu den Öffnungszeiten. Falls Sie außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten anreisen bitte kurz um Mitteilung dann wird der Schlüssel in der Box hinterlegt(siehe letztes Bild).

The house has a terrace with direct access to the garden.
