It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! È stato come essere catapultati dentro una favola!! l'appartamento davvero bellissimo e curato nei minimi dettagli!! Non c'è un granello di polvere, è molto fresco, silenzioso e con un comodo letto, abbiamo dormito benissimo!! La posizione è ottima, a piedi si raggiungono in pochi minuti i punti di interesse e i numerosi locali. Mario è un host gentile e reattivo. Consiglio a tutti questa struttura, non ve ne pentirete.

What a beautiful place! The photos do not do it justice. Claudia's Casa was spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and very quiet. It would help you to know that Via Pellegrini is bi-level. The entrance to Claudia's place is up the stairs, just under the portico. After we learned the streets, we were happy to know that hers easily led into the hearts of town. Claudia's parking instructions, and then her walking instructions, were perfect. Do not map her street address! Map her parking instructions. It will save you a lot of time and angst. My co-pilot did me wrong. And that is all I will say about that! Viterbo is a lovely small town, and Claudia's place exactly mirrors its character. We loved staying at Claudia's, not just for what I mentioned, but because her instructions were so clear, the amenities were exactly as described, and her home felt so comfortable, we could have stayed longer. Plus...Viterbo may not be on your bucket list, but it should be!

This place is amazing! It was a competely unique experience staying in Anna's place. The private garden up the hill afforded gorgeous views of the historic tower and town that turned magical at night when everything was lit up. When we explored the town at night, we felt like we had gone back in time. There were motion sensor lights on the stairs to and from the garden so that we could easily and safely see our way. We had the historic part of the nicely lit up town at night to ourselves, adding to the atmosphere. Civitella D'agliano was our favourite of the many towns that we explored in the area. It is a genuine and evocative beauty, not marred by masses of tourists or souvenir shops. Anna and her English speaking friend, met our car to show us where to park, and showed us everything in the apartment and garden in detail. Anna gave us many delicious snacks and an apple cake. She also arranged a reservation at a local restaurant that was memorable. Stay here. You will never forget it!

This is, hands down, the BEST place to stay in Orvieto. The view is the best spot in the entire town- no joke. We walked the entire town and not one single view is better. Tourists and locals would walk down to this private area to catch the sunset or marvel at the vineyard views. We knew they were jealous as they saw us open the door right there and go inside. You will also not find a more helpful and gracious host. The streets in Orvieto are VERY NARROW and difficult to navigate but Elisabetta rode eith us in our car to help us park. We had intended on using this as a base for driving around the area but we loved it so much, we left the car parked and just walked the town for two days. Book this now! You will not regret it. It is far better than the photos that don’t do it justice.

Luca è un ospite educato, disponibile e diretto. la casa rispondeva perfettamente alle nostre esigenze e alla descrizione. La posizione è comoda per chi vuole godersi una base d'appoggio per poter visitare la provincia di Viterbo. sulla Cassia ma in posizione defilata per non essere infastiditi dal traffico. E per chi preferisca il treno è a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Montefiascone. L'ambiente era pulito, ordinato e funzionale. Luca, come già detto, è stato sempre disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza. 10/10

We had a very nice stay at Gianfranco’s Apartment. It had everything we needed for our short stay. It was situated close to the center of town, about 5 minute walk. The bed was firm but nice and there were mosquito screes on the bedroom and kitchen windows which provided a nice breeze. The road below was a bit noisy with car traffic since it was one of the roads out of the walled city. It did settle down during the night until morning. Overall we had a great time in Orvieto. Our apartment was stunning. From the frescos painted in 1840 on the walls, to the renovated bathrooms, kitchen, etc, it was stunning. I know can see why it was showcased in some architectural magazines. We were sad we could only stay one night. Definitely was of the coolest AirBnBs you will ever find. The medieval town of Orvieto is a gem and we loved all that we were able to see and do in a short stay. Achim was a fantastic host and took care of every detail in our place and even helped with our luggage! We hope to come back someday and will be sending friends his way! Thank you!!

Serena è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ha fornito diverse indicazioni utili per il soggiorno e ci ha offerto anche una piccola colazione. l'appartamento è molto bello, spazioso e accessoriato. posizione centrale

abbiamo soggiornato dal 29 maggio al 1 giugno 2025 la posizione e davvero strategica per raggiungere il centro della città a piedi e poi muoversi nei dintorni con comodità l'alloggio è ampio e confortevole ben pulito e attrezzato molto cindovil posto auto davanti casa a pochi passi anche la stazione FS ed un supermercato CONAD HOSTVgentile e disponibile per le info sul percorso e l'accesso alla casa oltre ad altre utili informazioni per il soggiorno la suggeriamo davvero per chi vuole organizzare un soggiorno in Emilio e Valeria questa località e visitare la Tuscia

Andrea é un host fantastico, il soggiorno é stato impeccabile e le comunicazioni facili e tempestive, non da ultimo ha gestito alla perfezione un inconveniente creato dalla persona che soggiornava con me.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, alles ist in direkter Nähe zu erreichen. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch! Wir haben entspannte 2 Tage in Pitigliano verbracht. Hinweis: Es sind mehrere Treppen zur Wohnung vorhanden. Vor dem Haus sind direkt kostenpflichtige Parkplätze.

INCREDIBLE PLACE!! We only had one night here but it was very special. Parking was tricky and you get nervous driving so close to the bridge. The photo of where to turn for the parking lot was extremely helpful. Chiara was available by messaging to help. She sent pictures of how to check in which made it easy. The place looks just like the photos. Chiara also made dinner reservations for us at La taverna di Civita bistro which had incredible food. The private balcony was the our favorite part. We drank wine from the cellar and enjoyed the incredible view. The town is quiet in the evenings which adds to the ambiance. DON’T MISS THIS ONE!!

We hebben weer genoten van ons verblijf in Oriolo ❤️ Het is een gezellig knus & schoon appartement waar wij graag verblijven tijdens ons bezoek aan vrienden in de buurt. Prachtige omgeving, rust en natuur en vriendelijke mensen!

Ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort im Herzen von Pitigliano. Die Wohnung ist so schön und behaglich und ganz besonders - man freut sich jedesmal aufs nach-Hause-Kommen und will gar nicht wieder weg. Beatrice und ihr Mann sind super professionelle und gleichzeitig sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Wirklich eine Empfehlung!

Excellent stay in Orvieto! Close enough to the center but far enough to not be loud in the evenings. Beautiful view as well!

Esperienza incantevole ed alloggio al di sopra delle aspettative. location in centro storico ma numerosi parcheggi nei dintorni. Apprezzatissimi i ristoranti di Trevignano, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. l'alloggio era completo di tutti i servizi e con ampi spazi per una famiglia come la nostra (2 adulti, una bimba di 4 anni ed un neonato).

This was an ideal spot for a week working just near Bracciano. I found it to be a perfect place to come home to in the evenings. The lake is a lovely run/walk away and the town has everything you need. The mattress is arguably the most comfortable I’ve found in Italy!!!!!

Appartamento pulito, ampio e confortevole ,abbiamo alloggiato per cinque giorni e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Si trova in ottima posizione per raggiungere i principali luoghi turistici. Abbiamo apprezzato il posto auto riservato. Sicuramente da consigliare .

It’s easy to understand why this apartment is so well rated! From the location, the views, the well appointed kitchen, the mini split, the fun decor and engaging book collection, the cleanliness, etc. Simona was an ideal host: communicative and helpful. It was more than I expected! Cecilia is very kind, even we did not met personally. We came very early because of flight changed, we was welcomed and brought our luggage about 4 hours before the accomodation time and went to walk in the city. The plase was clean, very comfortable and bigger than expected, with everything set for our vacation. Our favourite place was the huge balcony with shade at the afternoon when it was really Hot outside— our favourite place to chill after walking and visiting the objects of Roma. If we come back in Roma someday you can guess where we want to stay 😉!
