The cottage is quietly located on a cul-de-sac with very little traffic, about 300 meters from the harbor and 650 meters from the beach. The cottage has a tiled bathroom with a shower cubicle and its own washing machine. Kitchen with dining table, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and sofa bed. Bedroom with 140 cm bed and 90 cm bunk bed. Sofa bed 120 cm located in the living room/kitchen. Private parking for car directly outside the entrance. Welcome

Welcome to our charming house! Here you live on 90 sqm with lush garden, spacious glassed-in terrace, as well as barbecue and outdoor furniture for relaxing moments. A perfect place for couples and families with children as well as work travelers. The accommodation is close to the beaches Stafsinge & Skrea (1.5 resp. 3 km) and the city center with cozy shops, restaurants and the outdoor theater Vallarna. ICA and Systembolaget are just a stone's throw away from the house. Gekås Ullared can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Own car parking included.

As a guest, you will live separately from the family's/landlord's residence with your own entrance where you have access to part of a large garden and an orangery with a patio. Our guest cottage with its own entrance from the street, and its own secluded patio, offers fresh and comfortable accommodation close to the center and 1.7 km to Skrea beach. Pizzeria and large grocery store (Coop) 75 m from the door. Approximately 5 min to restaurants and bars in the center and 10-15 min to the beach (on foot). Large free parking right across the street. Wifi included. Now with newly installed air conditioning, 2023. Bed linen or towels are not included, can be rented for 100 SEK/person. There is a duvet and pillow.

The guest house has a double bed. In the sleeping loft, there is a small double bed and a baby bed. Small shower and toilet as well as a fully equipped kitchenette and fridge. A patio deck on the short side of the guest house is accessed through a stable door from inside the carport. There's a gas grill. View of the beech forest and our chicken farm.
