There is also plenty of challenge by bike; in addition to a lot of natural beauty, the centre of Maastricht and Valkenburg can be reached by bike, for example.

So you can shop, and experience culture in Valkenburg and Maastricht. In addition, there are beautiful cycling and hiking routes to explore the Heuvelland.

Furthermore, Maastricht, Valkenburg and Aachen are easily accessible nearby.
