Die Wohnung befindet sich Mitten in Villingen. Das Haus wurde im Jahre 2023 komplett saniert und technisch auf den neusten Stand gebracht. Es befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Dieser verbindet die Schwarzwaldbahn von Konstanz bis Karlsruhe. Ebenfalls ist Freiburg direkt zu erreichen. So dass der Schwarzwald wie auch der Bodensee bestens erkundet werden können. Das Parkhaus ist zu Fuß in 5 Min. erreichbar und bietet mit einer Tagespauschale von 12 Euro Platz.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

The apartment with bay window to the city center, is located within the historic city walls in the Zähringen old town of Villingen. The house and the apartment will be completely renovated in 2025. The medieval structure combined with modern and high-quality design created a unique flair. The apartment offers two bedrooms on just under 100 m², a modern bathroom, a high-quality kitchen; as well as the historic living room (highlight) with a vaulted wooden ceiling from 1513.

The small table house

Right in the heart of Villingen, in the immediate vicinity of the historic Münsterplatz, lies the small Tafelhaus - a former restaurant that has been converted into a vacation apartment. The cozy 93 sqm duplex apartment comprises the first floor and the second floor in a house listed as a cultural heritage, which was built in 1890. It has been freshly renovated and is excellently located for exploring the city center.

The SONNENHOF Apartments are located in the heart of Bad Dürrheim. Brand new, comfortable and sustainable apartments right in the centre. From here, you can conveniently go shopping or enjoy a jog or a walk in the adjacent forest. Cyclists can also get straight onto the trail from here. At the Sure Hotel, you can rent e-bikes or enjoy breakfast from the buffet. An underground car park is available for €10 per day.

The highlight is certainly the quiet location of the apartment directly on the green bank of the Brigach and at the same time you are within walking distance in five minutes of the lively old town and the train station. Covered parking is provided directly at the house.
