Little flat in the countryside

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

In an hour's drive, cities such as Stuttgart, Freiburg, Strasbourg & Zurich can be reached, as well as Lake Constance. Hiking, cycling, swimming, skiing & culture are also possible here A bakery, organic shop & Edeka supermarket can be reached in 1 minute.

It is the perfect base for exploring and experiencing the Southern Black Forest Nature Park with its variety of attractions. The small table house

Right in the heart of Villingen, in the immediate vicinity of the historic Münsterplatz, lies the small Tafelhaus - a former restaurant that has been converted into a vacation apartment. The cozy 93 sqm duplex apartment comprises the first floor and the second floor in a house listed as a cultural heritage, which was built in 1890. It has been freshly renovated and is excellently located for exploring the city center.

Apartment 5 min to the city 5 min to the countryside

5 minutes from the centre and 1.5 km from the train station. The 2024 built flat is part of a detached house on the edge of town. It's a good point to start a walk in the Black Forest, for example to a celtic tomb. Villingen's city centre is medieval. The city is protected by a wall and many houses are built right into it.
