Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Villetaneuse

We very much enjoyed our stay at Didier’s home. Our favorite aspect was the location, right in the middle of a wonderful neighborhood, filled with quant little cafes, bakeries, shops, and local families too. It was so special to see how real Parisian’s live and we feel blessed to have found this place. We also appreciated Didier’s clear communication.

Such a cute traditional Paris apartment for two. Great beds, so convenient to have laundry in unit, excellent and spacious living room to relax in after a long day touring Paris, comfortable beds. Would absolutely come back

Some of the best parts about vacations are the memories. Our extended stay of two weeks at Isabelle’s home brings us memories of quiet nights, relaxing mornings and a home-away-from-home. We enjoyed the fully fitted kitchen after shopping at the Farmers Market in town. Our day trips into Paris were eventful, but we were always happy to get back to Croissy for the evening. Isabelle has been able to incorporate a sensible and sophisticated design in her flat. An attentive host that reached out to us during our stay to make sure our experience would measure up to her expectations as a premier owner. We departed Croissy as happy travelers with fond remembrances.

We throughly enjoyed this flat. Clean, great area in Marais, very well stocked with anything you need, and spacious for two people. Tony and Paul were great to work with. Proactive, clear instructions. No problems or issues on our visit. Highly recommend.

From the first interaction with Julien and from the first time we entered in the apartment, we can only say that all was more than perfect! How he greeted us, how much support and useful tips offered us along the stay, how wonderful the apartment is, how well connected with everything in Paris. Die Unterkunft war super😊tolle Lage, direkt in der Nähe vom Eiffelturm und Triumphbogen sowie einer Metro Station vor der Tür. Etwas verwirrend ist es mit der Hausnummern da die in der Check In Anleitung angegebene Nummer nicht an der Tür ist wo es in das Haus reingeht sondern etwas weiter. Aber letztendlich haben wir es gefunden. Die Wohnung hat alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Auf den Fotos sah sie etwas größer aus aber da man ja eh meistens nur zum schlafen dort ist ist es ok. Leider hatten wir zu unserem Aufenthalt in der Wohnung neben uns Bauarbeiten, aber da man tagsüber eh immer unterwegs war war alles gut.

J’ai passé un séjour exceptionnel ! Le logement était parfaitement conforme à la description : propre, bien décoré, confortable et très bien équipé. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout mais calme à la fois. L’hôte a été extrêmement réactif, accueillant et attentionné tout au long du séjour. On sent qu’il/elle met un vrai soin à recevoir ses voyageurs. Je recommande les yeux fermés et je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr zentral, sehr ruhig in einem sehr schönen quartier. Wir können die Wohnung für 2-4 Personen nur empfehlen.

Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ein wunderschönes Loft, welches mit allen Sachen ausgestattet war, die man alltäglich benötigt. Zudem war das Loft sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet . Wir hatten für 6 Personen sehr viel Platz. Roman & Charlotte sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie haben uns über Wichtige Dinge informiert, sodass sich unser Aufenthalt sehr einfach gestaltet hat. Das Loft hat eine sehr gute Lage, man ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sehr schnell in Paris. Zudem ist der Parkplatz für das Auto auf dem Grundstück mit einem Tor verschlossen und das Auto steht sicher. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen und wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

Geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten länger geblieben um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Sehr ruhiges, sauberes Wohngebiet, ideal um vom Trubel im Paris runter zu kommen. Vielleicht ein anderes Mal wieder

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Unterkunft war sehr privat & schön. Auch Jessica war sehr gut erreichbar & äußerst hilfsbereit. Es war alles da, von Geschirr über Töpfe bis hin zu Bettwäsche & Waschmaschine. Sogar Waschpulver, wer keine Allergie hat, hätte es nutzen können. Ein kleines Heft im Wohnbereich hatte auch ein paar Tipps zu Unternehmungen & Erklärungen zum Haus. Leider nur auf französisch, aber mit moderner Technik schnell übersetzt. Einfach fotografieren und vom Handy übersetzten lassen. Der Park ist nicht sehr weit, mit Blick über Paris & Nachbarschaft ist recht ruhig. Wenn man nach Paris z.B. zum Eifelturm will dauert es fast eine Stunden mit Bus & Bahn. Aber die Anbindung ist gut & günstig. Für Deutsche eher gewöhnungsbedürftig war die laute Heizung beim Duschen, wegen der dünnen Wände. Aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Wir haben und ganz wohl gefühlt und sind sehr zufrieden.

La maison est très accueillante et spacieuse, notamment le bureau et les chambres. 1 table et 6 chaises dans la salle à manger et la même chose dans le jardin, laissant la possibilité de manger dehors sans contrainte. Les points positifs : 2 des chambres proposent une chambre annexe très pratique. Tous les produits nécessaires étaient à disposition (liquide vaisselle, tablettes lave-vaisselle, sopalin, torchons...) et la cuisine est bien équipée (dont 3 cafetières !). La télé bénéficie des chaînes d'une box. La présence de 2 toilettes est un plus et le jardin est très agréable. Lionel s'est montré très disponible et réactif. Les points moins positifs : Les escaliers grincent mais ne gênent pas le sommeil pour autant (même pour les gens au sommeil léger comme moi) et une organisation est nécessaire pour les douches avec une seule salle de bain pour 6. Ces petits détails n'ont pour autant rien gâché au séjour et la maison a été très appréciée à l'unanimité ! Je recommande ce logement !

Merci à Iteb pour son accueil. Le logement est spacieux, propre, confortable et ultra connecté. L'emplacement piscine et SPA est tout simplement genial, avec écran et projecteur pour regarder un film les pieds dans l'eau. Et le tout 100% privatif. Bref ce logement est une perle rare, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir 😁

J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. Tout était propre, bien entretenu et conforme à la description. Madame Milka est une personne très accueillante, gentille et respectueuse. Elle sait vraiment mettre les gens à l’aise et se rend disponible si on a besoin de quoi que ce soit. On se sent tout de suite comme à la maison. Merci encore pour votre hospitalité et votre bienveillance. Je recommande ce logement à 100 % et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir si l’occasion se présente !

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour chez Martine. Le logement est agréable, très bien aménagé et parfaitement conforme à la description. L’accès à Paris est très facile grâce à l’arrêt de bus situé juste devant la maison, qui mène directement à la gare de Chelles pour prendre le RER E. Martine est une hôte agréable, discrète, humaine et à l’écoute. Elle m’a très bien accueilli. Je recommande vivement son logement !

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Beautiful private apartment. Cozy. 8 minutes walk to metro station. Stephane was very responsive. He made sure I was okay. Definitely coming back.

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions.
