This fisherman's house (all in height), renovated on 3 levels, is old (tomettes, stairs and wooden floors). I'm a frequent goer, so she's very much alive. The courtyard and 2nd floor terrace are pleasant. It is located steps from the sea, restaurants and shops, and a few km from Trouville and Honfleur.
