You will be on the 2nd and top floor without elevator access with a great view. 50 m2 apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. Important : Le studio est en vente. Je peux donc être amenée à le faire visiter (environ 5 minutes) en vous prévenant et en évitant le matin tôt ou le soir tard. Il est parfaitement situé, à 50 mètres de la plage ! Le village est très authentique, entre Trouville et Honfleur. Vous pourrez vous y rendre à pied par la plage. Vous pourrez y préparer vos repas. Il y a 1 supérette à 100 mètres et des supermarchés à 5 kms. Le lit est convertible mais fait pour un couchage permanent.
