Half-timbered house located 10 minutes from the A13 and 19 km from Deauville, Trouville, Cabourg and Houlgate. The house was renovated in 2020 and can accommodate up to 8 people. It has three bedrooms: Two double bedrooms, one bedroom with four beds. Upon arrival, the beds are made. The house is connected to Orange fiber. Important: The studio is for sale. So I may have to show it to you (about 5 minutes), giving you advance notice and avoiding early in the morning or late in the evening. It's perfectly located, 50 meters from the beach! The village is very authentic, between Trouville and Honfleur. You can walk there along the beach. You can prepare your meals there. There is 1 convenience store 100 meters away and supermarkets 5 km away. The bed is convertible but made for permanent use.
