Quiet and well located place to discover by car Sète, Montpellier, Saint Guilhem le Désert among others thanks to the private and secure parking space. 10 min walk from Balaruc les Bains city center. Close to shops. Amandine is a very responsive and welcoming host. We recommend it.

We had a great time at Julien's place. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the old town and the train station on foot. Good little restaurants nearby. The building is very quiet. The beach is only a minute away and you can walk to some restaurants within 20-25 minutes. The communication was very friendly and uncomplicated. Very good stay in the accommodation, small but very well equipped especially for young children (3 months and 3 years), faithful to the description. Well located accommodation, quiet neighborhood, clean and easy to access swimming pool, presence of bikes appreciated. small downside, difficult to move around when opening the cot.
