Charming and comfortable 45 m2 apartment, on the 1st floor of our house with access via an independent external staircase. Located in a cul-de-sac with private parking, we are in the center of the village (all shops nearby) and 3 km from the beach. On the shores of the Mediterranean, Villeneuve-lès-Maguelone is in the heart of a protected natural area, between Montpellier, Palavas-les-Flots and Sète. A very beautiful environment with its wild beach, medieval cathedral and pink flamingos.

Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

House by the sea and pool close to Montpellier

Entire house for 2 people with small private garden and a free private parking space in the quiet, secure and closed residence. Shared swimming pool in the residence from the beginning of June to mid-September (free, closes on September 13). The accommodation has an air conditioner placed at the top of the stairs towards the bedroom. Sheets are included and the bed is made upon arrival, along with basic cleaning products (dish soap, sponges, toilet paper, hand soap, garbage bags)

Welcome to the "Jardin des Oliviers", a haven of peace 10 minutes from Montpellier and 20 minutes from the sea. Your self-catering home is at the end of the house ( inhabited by the owners), on one level, in a 2 hectare park. It includes kitchen, private terrace, garden furniture, 1 bedroom and a living room, which serves as a bedroom (see map). Each room has a private bathroom and toilet. The swimming pool (6x12m), not private is accessible 5 hours per day (to be defined).

Formerly a newly renovated priory, the farmhouse is surrounded by 2 hectares of parkland and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Great place to recharge your batteries, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are forbidden.

Guest house adjoining our house, entirely at your disposal, you will use a code to come and go as you please. You can enjoy the garden, a bike ride to the beach or the pool (shared with the owners) and its deckchairs. The pool temperature is guaranteed to be at least 25 degrees between June 1 and September 1. Outside this period, however, access is still possible.
