We had a great time at Paul's house. The view is magnificent, the pool is too. The living and dining area is open and bright and very suitable for groups. Also the division of the bedrooms. You have the option to withdraw if you wish. Paul was always available and gave us helpful tips. His father was also very friendly. Both speak good English. We will be happy to come back anytime!

When we arrived, we arrived well in advance of the scheduled time of taking the premises, I contacted the host by mobile and immediately the daughter came to receive us and drive us to our accommodation. She gave us a tour and provided the necessary explanations. The accommodation perfectly matched the description in the listing. It's a very quiet and peaceful place. Our dogs were delighted and we loved this quiet and private place. The garden is completely secure, so the dogs could enjoy it to the fullest without being tied up. Our contact with the hosts was very nice and friendly, personally I'll keep this address under wraps and will talk about it around me. I recommend this place without any problems.

Our stay was perfect, thanks again to the advice and hospitality of Régis who is an impeccable host, available, warm and good advice for visiting the area around the accommodation. We will have very fond memories of our time in Coursan.

We spent very nice days in Emmanuelle's house. Emmanuelle welcomed us kindly and also had many tips and recommendations for our holidays. The little cottage is perfectly equipped. We didn't miss anything. The location is perfect, you can reach many excursion destinations quickly and easily. If you don't want to go on an excursion, the spacious terrace invites you to chill out. I can fully recommend Emmanuelle. Dear Emmanuelle, thank you very much for your friendly and uncomplicated manner. We felt very comfortable.

Very nice house and perfect location.

Corinne is a responsive and pleasant host, the house is spacious and clean, well equipped, the garden is fenced. A small crossroads market is within a 5-minute walk (ideal for last-minute forgetfulness), the Vendres ponds within a 15-minute walk (be careful a nice climb is on the course but easily achievable) Corinne warned us that the house was available before the scheduled time, super nice because we were in advance, and finally thank you so much for the little touches. I highly recommend this listing

Ideal cottage for couples. Comfortable bed, washing machine, air conditioning. Everything works, is practical and pretty. Tree-lined setting and exceptional view. Very kind, available and discreet hosts.

We had a great weekend with friends. The house is great,bright, fully equipped and suitable for a stay with family or friends. The host is super welcoming and was flexible in terms of schedules. Fantastic days in a beautiful accommodation. In the middle of the city and yet very quiet. The pool, the table tennis table and the garden ensure beautiful moments outside. You'll feel right at home in the property. We fully recommend the property.

We had a lovely time! The house is really beautiful, and having the beach just a 10-minute walk away is a real luxury. It was very nice to spend a weekend without having to touch the car.

We had a great stay at Gilles' house. Gilles could not welcome us exceptionally on our arrival but everything had been put in place so that we had no worries. We also thank him for the small intentions he left us... the garden is better than in the photos! it's very peaceful, barbecue, swimming pool and especially the jacuzzi at temperature from our arrival which we were able to enjoy every evening. We had an EXCELLENT stay at Jacques and Christine's ❤ Their warm and human welcome immediately put us at ease. A big thank you to them! The accommodation is clean and super functional. The garden is full of a thousand little corners to rest, play and bathe in peace. My teenage daughter and I especially enjoyed the hammocks on the terrace overlooking the lush vegetation 😊 In the heights of the city, the climb is well worth the calm that you find when you return "home".

Julie is always very responsive and gives all the useful info. The barbecue area and the terrace with large dining table are very nice. Quiet area and easy to park. The sea is 10 minutes away, either Valras-Plage or Sérignan plage. We'll be back

We were in this holiday home as a family with a dog. It is very private and with children the pool is simply great. We liked it very much there and the host was very friendly and always very easy to reach. We can definitely recommend this place.

We had a great winter stay, very cozy around good meals prepared in the beautiful very well equipped kitchen and the beautiful fireplace in the living room where you immediately feel comfortable. The rooms are decorated with a lot of taste and quiet, the bedding is of very good quality. We enjoyed pleasant little walks in the surrounding vineyards and the spacious garden by a stream. Recommended!

This accommodation has been renovated with care and a lot of taste. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, as well as the rest of the accommodation. The terrace with jacuzzi is a highlight, especially in the evening. The overall cleanliness is impeccable, which gives you confidence to use the jacuzzi without fear. The street is very quiet, you can just hear the swallows :) In short, we really enjoyed it and we'll be back! Thank you to Julie and her husband!

A fabulous re-charging get away. A breathtaking view of the Etange and twinkling lights of the towns across the water in such a serene setting! We, and our doggie, enjoyed the multi level garden-even napped on the outdoor beds, prepared and ate on the dinning terrace, went to the nearby forest/park where dogs can go off leash… daily exercise by hiking down into the hustle & bustle of Sete to score our croissants, enjoy the fabulous indoor market as well as outdoor marches on wed. and fridays, do some girlie shopping at cute boutiques or simply enjoy a drink on the quai! Plenty of good restaurants to choose from and several small or large supermarkets as well. We love Sete and Madyne’s place was just perfect for us! All amenities were clean , new and clearly carefully chosen. She’s lovely with great energy - we can highly recommend staying here.
