Very welcoming! We felt at home. Caroline and her husband are super friendly, always asked to help, respond quickly and solve any problems. Very functional house. We really like it!

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The location is perfect, close to the beach and in a very quiet area, ideal for rest and recharge. The house is spacious, very well cared for and offers all the privacy we needed. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing after a sunny day. The host was attentive and helpful, which made everything even better. Sure, we'll be back soon!

The stay was perfect. We went to family and the experience was wonderful. The house is even better than the photos. Ivone is a lovely person, very attentive and helpful. We will definitely come back more often.

I've stayed with these hosts before, and as always, everything flowed super well. The communication is easy, they are attentive and the check-in/out is autonomous, which speeds up a lot. The house is well organized, cozy, equipped and air-conditioned in all the rooms (plus point). A point of attention: The neighborhood is known as “favelinha do Ibes” and is reputed to be dangerous. During the day it is quieter, but avoid arriving late at night. Township Improvement Suggestions: put blackout curtain on the bedrooms (even the light on the pole hinders those with light sensitivity) and the double bed mattress is uncomfortable. By contrast, single beds and auxiliaries are super comfortable! Overall, it was a good stay.

Location location! Gustavo’s apartment is close to lots of great eats and the beautiful Praia da Costa is right across the street. The place itself is clean, spacious, and comfy….with a veranda that is a perfect place for morning tea or a cold adult beverage in the evening. Need a grocery store or something from the pharmacy? Both are right around the corner. Gustavo was a kind host, making himself available for questions, providing great “how to” instructions, etc. We would absolutely stay at this lovely place again. Apartment true to its description. Very well located, with quick access to the beach, restaurants, barzinhos, market and bakery. Spacious, clean, organized and with kitchen facilities. I'll be back if I can absolutely!

The apartment was extremely clean when we arrived. Comfortable beds and pillows, good shower and black-out in the rooms. Kitchen items needed for what we needed. Jadson always helpful, gave us all the necessary information. The personnel of the gatehouse, especially Cristina, tb were very kind. The sea of that Itaparica region is agitated, but there are good nearby kiosks and a good playground on the beach for children. Tb there is market and casafruti very close by. The tb building has a very helpful little place. In short, comfortable apartment, good location and cordial host.

The second time my husband and I stayed at Juliana's lodging and we intend to come back more often. The space clearly designed for the well-being of guests. It's all exactly as per listing. Perfect as always!

Great place, very well located, very good condominium. Marcos has 3 beach chairs, a sun umbrellas and a small cooler, utensils that helped us a lot. Full and very neatly tidy apartment. I recommend it!

The apartment is a beautiful duplex facing the sea. Hearing the sound of the waves on the beach is to feel the breeze that blows is priceless. The site is modern, well equipped, comfortable, with good ventilation. The outside area is very nice, with a swimming pool and a covered area to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the Pituã and Itatiaia Islands. Our host always served us promptly with kindness and sympathy. There is everything close in terms of leisure, food and commerce. We found the property very clean and welcoming. We recommend and intend to return.
