We love our stay here! The location is wonderful, close to the market, restaurants, there is a pharmacy right under the building. The building's reception is great, all the staff treated us super well! The apartment is amazing, it's wonderful! You don't want to leave, it has all the utensils you need, even an iron. Gutierrez was also very helpful and flexible regarding check-in and check-out times. It was the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in, you can go without fear!

The location is excellent, with no noise from the beach, except for the sound of the waves. The apartment is not only very well equipped, but also provides dish towels and other cloths for everyday cleaning. It's a perfect place to spend a season. The view is stunning.

Good apartment for families! I went with my husband and my 3-year-old daughter! Very quiet building, very polite reception staff (all of them), very good building structure. The photos are very true. The location is good, a little far from everything we were doing, but nothing that an Uber couldn't solve. We had a setback on the penultimate day, but it was communicated very quickly and resolved. I highly recommend this apartment for rent.

My family and I were very satisfied with the apartment. Bed linen was clean, wonderful view of the sea from the side window. The apartment has basic but functional utensils. The location is excellent, the ap is located in a building in front of the sea,has a swimming pool and amazing view of the roof. Near restaurants, shopping mall, pharmacy, we left the car in the parking lot and did everything on foot and uber, quite easily. Hosts have answered all of our questions. At the time, we will once again stay at Rodrigo's AP.

Great experience! Very nice space, close to everything! The village is clean and with all the necessary utensils. The receptionist, a super nice and friendly person, treated us very well. About the check-in, it was super flexible because I had an unforeseen event and Wilson solved it, granting us the space earlier. Super quiet place, clean pool and perfect view from the penthouse! I'd come back more often.

Excellent option for couples, the apartment is perfect. The seaside, beautiful view. All decoration with beach motifs, very tasteful. Restaurants, bakery, produce, everything around. By the way, there's a great Japanese restaurant on the ground floor. On the second corner, an excellent meat restaurant. Very neat, everything clean and functional, super complete kitchen, everything works. Very clean, impeccable. Very large balcony, with clothesline for wet clothes, and the view is perfect. The shower in the bathroom is of excellent quality, temperature, amount of water, everything is great. The super attentive owner, attends to everything immediately, very friendly and polite. I HIGHLY recommend it, it's definitely worth every $$$.

I recommend the accommodation, Roberto was an excellent host, the apartment is just a cross of avenue because it is already on the seaside avenue, it was quiet and I'll come back quietly! An observation only that can help with the lodging, availability of dishcloth and a floor clothesline but this will probably provide by reading and commenting.

The hostess is very solicited and of good treatment, answered everything quickly. Apto is excellent, less than 1 minute walk to the beach, great nearby restaurants, pharmacy and other essential shops. All very clean and organized, large rooms, bathroom the new showers, full kitchen, service area and beach chairs. It's definitely a place that would easily get back to hosting.

I booked Ana Paula's place for the weekend as I was visiting Vila Velha for a wedding. The apartment is beautiful and spotless, just like the photos. I loved waking up in the morning and seeing the beach. There were also restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby so very convenient. Communication and instructions prior to arrival were also great. I would highly recommend Ana Paula's place and would stay again if I return to Vila Velha.
