Very good and well-equipped apartment. Ideal to accommodate two people. A short walk takes you to restaurants, beaches, supermarket, shopping malls, pharmacy, Catholic church, SETPES (place to make the GV card that gives access to the waterway and buses in general) in addition to being close to central avenues, facilitating locomotion. What we liked most was the flexibility of the hosts: Pedro and Priscilla were helpful and quick to respond. The staff at the entrance is very nice. We really enjoyed the experience.

AMAZING! I can't describe my stay differently. The accommodation is wonderful, facing the beach, slept with the noise of the waves of the sea (very high point, for me). Also, there is a swimming pool with wonderful rooftop views. The accommodation is good at everything, close to the mall and restaurants, easy to get transportation. Of the places I visited, I really liked Praia Secreta and Morro do Moreno. Fran was a separate show, always available, helped us A LOT and gave us local tips. It was great to live these days with my family, just GO!

Going to Vila Velha is always an enjoyable experience. Staying at Alexandre's apartment made those days even more pleasant. Great apartment, with a stunning view, having around you excellent restaurants, coffee makers, ice cream shops. Alexandre was requested in everything I needed. The house is wonderful! Very close to an empty and beautiful beach. We went with four kids and they had a great time. The house is well equipped, we just miss a few better knives. The beach chairs were a great surprise. We love the outside area. A special highlight for the host. Very available and helpful. I recommend the stay. It was family fun days that we won't forget.
