Very nice and well-equipped apartment. ideal for accommodating two people. A short walk arrives in restaurants, beaches, supermarket, malls, pharmacy, catholic church, SETPES ( place to make the GV card that gives access to the waterway and buses in general) in addition to being close to central avenues facilitating locomotion. What we liked the most was the flexibility of hosts: Pedro and Priscilla who were quick to respond. The staff of the concierge is a cute one. We really enjoyed the experience.

I traveled alone to Vila Velha after spending the carnival in Belo Horizonte, I wanted peace and peace. The contact with Fran who takes care of the space was EXTREMELY easy, agile. The rooftop building pool reveals a beautiful view of the beach. There were two white towels and four white pillows, all very clean and organized. I highlight once again the ease of communication with Fran that is simply a treat. Educated and gives you a lot of security. I recommend it!

The place was super clean, both the apartment and the building and very well located with a restaurant, supermarket , pharmacy and laundry all close by, we stayed just over a month and we didn't have any problems every time I contacted her by message she answered promptly , the building has a very attentive staff team, always very efficient , she offers an electronic key for the main gate but the doorman always opened the main gate when he saw me arrive, this gave me a sense of security which was incredible. i just have to say thank you.

The atmosphere is clean and pleasant and with a breathtaking view, as well as being close to everything. Not to mention, they got my beloved pets! 😍 The only bad thing for those who are coming from far away is having to wait a lot for checkin and checkout.
