I was at home, nice and beautiful place. Several options and nearby bars and restaurants. Building with no clutter or noise. It was worth it 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The flat is wide and airy! It has a beautiful view and everything you need to enjoy the days at the beach! Tainá is super attentive! I really enjoyed it!

Plain apto, great location, the penthouse market saved me several times, the TB parking lot is easy, the building well organized, I really liked it.

The stay was great. The apartment has everything you need for a good stay. The location is great. Restaurants, bakery, pharmacies, everything is close by. Cida received us in person, very friendly and helpful, and passed all the instructions regarding the access controls to the building and apartment, wi-fi password, etc.

My stay in the apartment was great. The space is large, it was clean and well taken care of. The Débora hostess is attentive and concerned about the well-being of the tenants, and also allowed a super flexible check-in and check-out. In addition, the location is great: close to the beach and surrounded by various amenities such as restaurants, pharmacies and bakeries. Recommend!

We love the stay, the apartment is wonderful, like what was described in the listing and photos! It has an admirable view, we enjoy the apartment more than the beach kk of so perfect it is. We were greeted with a beautiful table set and a delicious cake. The neighborhood is very quiet and easily located near Itaparica beach. The condominium is secure and has a 24-hour concierge. Amei!!! Pena can't stay anymore... but I'm sure there won't be another chance.

I simply loved staying in Bertha's apartment in Itaparica. Extremely clean, beautiful, well located and well-equipped place (even thermal box and beach chairs are available). The hostess was at all times very solicitous, cordial, kind and still left some chocolates of mimo for us (I traveled with my husband). We do not miss anything at all. I recommend and I certainly hope for the opportunity to return.

My stay was simply perfect. The apartment is as described and the photos are true to what the apartment offers. Kitchen super-equipped with the mestic electrode I needed , all working. Room and bedroom with TV, and both with Netflix and being able to access other channels of entertainment by cell phone. Building with excellent infrastructure, extremely polite and attentive gatekeepers. And a gorgeous side view of the sea. And about the host Fernando, I have to say that he is an odd person, super polite and considerate. Worried to answer and help with questions. The townhouse was waiting for us well before check-in, made our reception, took us to the bakery and was showing us the interesting places to go. Not to mention that it was available throughout our stay. It was a wonderful experience and when I return to Vila Velha, I will certainly look first for the availability of the apartment.

The apartment was impeccable, bedding and baths smells, well-equipped kitchen, had everything I needed to use in the 4 days we stayed. Swimming pool and toys of the otimos building. I received the very detailed instructions for checkin and checkout so it was very quiet. The location is privileged, bakery on the front and 3 supermarkets very close by and all the shops and restaurants in the region.

Veronica's apartment is exactly like the pictures. All very clean and organized. The location is excellent, with many nearby shops, in addition to being about 100m from the beachfront. The suite and the living room has a direct view of the sea, which makes the site even more elegant. Verônica was also super solicitous throughout the accommodation, sending several tips also from the city and the gastronomy. It's well worth it! Thank you Veronica.
