Holiday rentals with beach access in Vila Velha

My stay at Kenia's apartment was simply impeccable! The property has the best features and is exactly as shown in the photos – or even better. The flat was extremely clean and cozy, with all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. The sheets and towels were super clean and smelling, which made all the difference. For those who have a allergy to dust or rhinitis, you can rest easy! I am extremely allergic and did not have any reaction during my stay. In addition, the apartment is well airy and offers a surreal view of beautiful! The condominium also has several incredible amenities, such as swimming pool, sauna and gym, which make the experience even better. The staff are very cordial and friendly, always helpful. Another great differential is the location, which is close to several commercial points, bringing even more practicality for everyday life. I just have to thank you for the wonderful experience!

The apartment was clean and organized, however, the only point is that if the intention is to cook on airbnb, know that it is necessary to buy the basic ingredients as well, such as salt and sugar. The house was clean, with all the mentioned accessories, linens, a good-sized pool, which was also cleaned during our stay. Despite being in a place with little movement, as we are by car, we went to other beaches. 25 minutes from Sereia and Setiba beaches and 55 minutes from Castelhanos, which is a beach I love. Vila Velha has a good structure on the beaches. It was a great trip!

The plot is large, with a lawn and small fruit trees. A large balcony next to the BBQ area that makes the best living space in the house. Living room and kitchen are small for a four bedroom house. A social bathroom only for three bedrooms is little, but it is compensated by the bath next to the barbecue (outside the house). The suite is outstanding! The house is well equipped with fans and air-conditioners. The kitchen is almost complete, as the oven is missing, since it only has a top cook, but there is microwave, grill and airfrier. There are outlets throughout the whole house, which also has excellent lighting. The TV is having trouble tuning, with the image varying greatly in quality. The location is excellent, with tranquility even on the busiest days of the carnival of Bicanga. The beach is very close and the center of the "agito" is within walking distance. The local market is weak, but it offers the basics. Very good place to enjoy a beach with family and friends.

This apartment is a rare gem! One of the most beautifully decorated places I've had the pleasure of staying in. The apartment has everything you need. The bed is comfortable. The air-conditioning works very well. The location is fantastic and the view is remarkable to the beach. The host was kind and always available if we needed anything. She was so kind that she even let us check out later as there were no other guests checking in the same day. This will be the first place we'll see when we're in town.
