Approximately 20 minutes to drive to Kristiansand, and approximately 30 minutes to Dyreparken. Beautiful hiking areas right behind the apartment. Bed linens and towels included in price. This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel. The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away. The house is recently renovated with a brand new bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room. The place has a very laid back and calm atmosphere.

Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need for a fishing license.
