Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 square meters, we offer accommodation with cozy warmth thanks to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.) our recessed pool (heated by solar - water temperature is therefore dependent on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

The studio apartment is attached to the main house but has its own private entrance and patio. It’s located on the ground floor, with direct access to the garden Situated just 3 km from Heidelberg’s historic old town, the location offers a scenic walk along the Neckar River through a charming, established neighborhood. It’s an ideal spot for hikers, mountain bikers, and road cyclists, with excellent trails leading up to Königstuhl and fantastic road cycling routes in the surrounding area.

I live with my husband in a very nice house in the green and quiet „Seckenheim“ a district of Mannheim. We have renovated the upper floor of our house with a lot of heart and soul and are happy to welcome great guests there. Of course we are happy to support you, so that you will have a nice stay in the „Rhein-Neckar“ region and with us. The accommodation is called "KAISER7" a name combination of the street name and the house number. Our motto is "Stay with friends".

Well suited for business travelers. Mannheim, Heidelberg, Darmstadt and Frankfurt are easily accessible by highway A5 /A67 or public transport. Workplace with Wi-Fi available in the house. A relaxing evening can be enjoyed in the accommodation as well as in the surrounding area. Family-friendly, occupancy is possible with 2 adults and 2 children. Playground in the street, many excursion destinations such as swimming pool, rock pool, hiking in the nearby area.

There is about 80 square meters of living space with a small terrace overlooking the greenery of the front Odenwald. Sink into the cozy 180 cm box-spring bed (super comfortable mattress!) after an active day in a deep sleep. The property has a separate entrance and parking.
