It's right next to the UNO as well as the Vienna International Center (Around 10 minutes walking distance or 4 minutes by bus). Only 5 walking minutes away, you can find a supermarket, pharmacy etc. The city center (and St. Stephen’s cathedral) can be reached easily by public transport within 15 minutes.

Also there is a direct train from airport right in houses neighborhood. All grocery stores are in 1 min walkway. (Billa, Hofer)
