Welcome to my lovingly designed and officially registered apartement. You live very close to the center on a quiet street. The bedroom and living room are flooded with sunlight and the kitchen looks out onto a quiet garden. The bathroom with WC and the kitchen are small but new. A high speed WIFI, Smart TV and a workstation are standard. Vienna city center can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Subway, restaurants and shops in 5 minutes. A parking garage for €4/day is right around the corner.

Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

Diese Apartments sind zwischen 58 m² und 60 m² groß und verfügen über Vorzimmer mit voll eingerichteter Küche, Badezimmer, Sat-TV, Mobiltelefon sowie Klimatisierung. Die Reinigung erfolgt täglich vormittags an Werktagen und ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Our Park View Apartment, located on the 5th or 6th floor, has a balcony, measures approximately 44 m² and is decorated in mustard yellow tones, making it perfect for business guests or those exploring Vienna. Despite its very central location, you will find yourself in a green and quiet environment where you can relax, but also quickly get to the heart of the action. Thanks to the full range of amenities, all of our guests will find everything they need to feel practically at home.

URBAN UNIT has 50m2, fits up to 4 guests & is located in the 16th district of Vienna. A one minute walk brings you to the tram station, which connects you directly to the historical city center by only 8 stops (no changing trains). The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.
