Dear guests, A warm welcome to my summer retreat! You will stay at my newly remodeled, quiet summerhouse built in 1925, located in a lush, private garden with aged trees. The house is close to public transport, and Schoenbrunn Palace. I live in the neighboring main house. The house is fit for 2 guests. The house has a small kitchen and bathroom. Thank you for not smoking. Laundry service upon request for an extra fee. Please, allow 24 hours. The house is unheated and does not have AC.

Villa 3 min to Schönbrunn Palace

The villa is wonderfully centrally located – just a 3-minute walk from Schönbrunn Palace, one of the most beautiful historical places in Vienna. Right on the doorstep, just 2 minutes away, you can reach public transport that will take you quickly and comfortably to every corner of the city. In the villa there are 4 rooms, downstairs there is a common room, a common kitchen, a common bathroom and a common toilet which you and the 3 other room neighbours can use.

Garden house with good transport links

The house is situated in a beautiful villa district above Vienna. The bus is a 5-minute walk, the tram to the city center is 10 minutes down the hill. There is an excellent restaurant in walking distance and an ice cream parlor in summer. Also a large outdoor swimming pool, the Schafbergbad. It is an ideal way to visit a city - a house completely in the countryside and yet in the city. Good running routes nearby that start right in front of the house.

We are located next to Linzertiergarten so it quit. You can go hiking to Linzertiergarten. The bus stop is in front of our property. One of the safest place you can find in Vienna is Kalksburg so guest what we are located there. The parking is free from 6 pm till 8 am in the morning every day, Saturday from 12 midday it is free. Sunday whole day is free on the street in front of our House. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Unsere Räumlichkeiten sind sehr zentral gelegen. Man kann den Flughafen auch sehr schnell durch die U-Bahn Linien erreichen. Wir bieten keine Hostel-Schlafsäle und unsere Räumlichkeiten sind privat mit eigenem elektronischen Schloss-System ausgestattet. Es sind mehrere geteilten WCs und Badezimmer zu haben. Durch das self Check-in System können Sie ins Zimmer ohne persönliche Hilfe hineingehen und fühlen sich bis zum Check-out Zeit wie zu Hause.

Feel reborn when staying in this rustic gem. The completely newly renovated small house is just right if you are looking for a suitable place to stay in a quiet area very close to the airport. I lovingly completely renovated the house so that my guests feel comfortable in the house. You have your own entrance and can use everything that is available there. In case something is missing, I live in the next house and can always help.

This tiny house is truly truly special! Cozy and hospitable is located in a side alley in the center of Klosterneuburg - surrounded by romantic houses from the Middle Ages. Located directly on the train, it is the ideal start for exploring Vienna or the Vienna Forest. Buses and train are within walking distance, but also cyclists have only a few meters to the bike routes on the Danube. It's all there, just you're missing!

If you want to live centrally, quiet, well maintained: Here you have your own room with double bed and directly attached bathroom and loggia. Central, with 3 metro lines within walking distance and two trams. Very quiet. Attic with loggia. With use of the kitchen-living room possible.
