Close to the forest and beach, there are plenty of opportunities to unwind or relax in quiet surroundings. Running and mountain biking trails in the forests. Walking along the beach, swimming, surfing, sailing and kayaking. Restaurants with gastronomy in a class of its own and fish restaurants in Norsminde or lunch in Skovmøllen. The house is located 30 meters from the beach, so you can enjoy the outdoor areas and the large and beautiful wooden terrace in privacy. The house is 180m2 and provides plenty of space to enjoy both winter and summer seasons and has been completely modernized a few years ago.

Two of the houses have thatched roofs and half-timbering in the old Danish style. The house is a 5-minute drive from Aarhus city center, which can also be easily reached by a 10-minute bus or bike ride. There are 1-3 bicycles available (to be agreed upon).
