If you want to stay in a real idyllic cottage atmosphere close to the water, then the cottage we call Bette A might be something for you. Bette A is located on a large plot of land only 200 meters from a lovely beach - Mårup East Beach. The garden invites you to play and enjoy with a trampoline, swings and a large terrace. Bette A is from the 70s, but just renovated, so the house is bright and with a new kitchen. There are 3 rooms. Three rooms with three-quarter beds (140 cm) and one room also has a bunk bed. The place is within walking distance of Nordby and Mårup

Vacation home near beach, marina and nature

The house is located in Mårup on Nordøen, close to the harbor and Nordby hills. There is 900 m as the crow flies between both sides of the beach. The house is spacious, high to the ceiling and with many cozy corners. The beautiful hilly nature is characteristic of Nordøen, it starts right outside the door. Nordøen has shopping, restaurants and specialty stores. We have the specialty store HØST and a Wine & Coffee Bar. The gallery is with Pernille's works and Jakob's works can be found in the Café. Included bed linen, towel and bath towel per person

The private is a spacious apartment with its own private garden. Here are 4 beds divided into two bedrooms. The accommodation includes a utility room/entrance with laundry facilities, bathroom, nice bright kitchen with dining area. Spacious bedroom with double bed and good closet space. Extra bedroom for e.g. children with 140 cm bed (passage room). Nice bright and spacious living room where the family can enjoy themselves and access to the large garden and cozy terrace environment with barbecue facilities. Dogs are also welcome here.

With 5 km to the city center and the train station, this townhouse is the perfect place for the small family, a group of friends or others. It has space for two cars, which can be parked for free. I have a fantastic front yard, backyard and balcony overlooking Aarhus. The area is filled with beautiful nature. The townhouse itself is 92 m2 and consists of 2 bedrooms, an office, living room and kitchen. It's all decorated with lovely colors and my personal things, so it's not just made for rent, but also my home!

There is an adjoining exit to the enclosed terrace. However, there may be noise from the road.

Enjoy the simple city life in this peaceful and centrally located home in Risskov. Only 5 km from the center of Aarhus and to the beach at Bellevue/Risskov. Buses 1a and 18 go right outside the door and it's easy to get to the city. Parking is free at the property and two cars may be parked on the property, the rest is street parking at your own risk. The area is quiet and peaceful and inhabited by all generations, so neighbors are also expected to be taken into account during their stay.
