Our stay for our friend's bachelorette party was great! The house is spacious, clean and tidy. The pool was heated so we could enjoy it! The house is ideally located and is only 10 minutes' drive from nearby restaurants The host is responsive and was able to answer all our questions before our arrival. Benjamin who took care of the check in and check out was great too! We really enjoyed our weekend and highly recommend this accommodation that met our expectations.

We came as a group of 7 for an EVJF and we had a wonderful stay in the house (sufficient spaces and properly equipped). The exterior is as pleasant as the interior. The house is impeccable and the services offered match the reality. Thank you again for this warm welcome! We recommend this property.

Accommodation faithful to the listing, ideal for a weekend with friends or family. Everything is in accordance with the photos: clean, well decorated, quiet. The spa and the garden without overlooking neighbours are real assets to fully enjoy the stay. Me and my family enjoyed our stay at Julien’s house very much. He responded and fulfilled our requests within the hour and was very friendly. The house had everything we needed, even an alarm for the pool in case Baby or puppy accidentally took a dip. My only criticism is the low water pressure in the showers, very difficult for washing long or thick hair. And a small caveat, the sound in the house travels very well so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Overall the house was the perfect home base for our excursions to the cities and beaches. 9.5/10

Great stay at the villa farniente. Very clean and well equipped villa. Very clear instructions from the host. Small nice garden with lots of flowers. The villa is part of a small, secure and peaceful complex. The complex's pool was clean and open at the end of May. The host Sandra is super well organised and very responsive. The villa is 5 7 minutes' walk from the beach and restaurants of Vias Beach. This is the most beautiful complex neighbourhood in Vias beach. We had a great stay with family and friends. Thank you Sandra!

Pleasant stay. The house and its contents are true to the listing description and photos. The house is comfortable and very clean. It is not too far from the seaside and local shops. The neighborhood is quiet. Hosts are nice and welcoming while being discreet. A property to remember.

Awesome character home on the vineyard. matches the photos perfectly, great access to the vineyard grounds where you can see chickens, horses and sheep as you walk around. Perfect for walking into town or day trips to Montpellier & Nimes. Ticked all the boxes for us.

Here it was easy to enjoy. We were personally welcomed by Gaëtan and received recommendations marked on the map. The family's cats visited us on the terrace and one of them was especially affectionate. The house has a quiet and secluded location. Unfortunately, we could not sit outside in the evening because of mosquitoes but we enjoyed yoga outside in the sun in the morning instead.

Very good stay at Laurence's with 2 children aged 5 and 2. The accommodation is very clean and has everything there. The small garden area is lovely. There are many toys for children and the beach. Le Grau d'Agde is a few minutes' drive away and the accommodation is close to the centre of Agde. The environment is very quiet. Laurence is a very helpful hotel and will give you plenty of tips for visiting the area

Great location, seeing the sun rise from your bed is priceless. Thierry and Sophie welcomed us very warmly and do everything they could to make you have a pleasant stay without worries. Everything is available for a great stay.

The written contact with Yasmine was straightforward and thoughtful. We were asked about our wishes before arrival and bicycles were provided free of charge. Christine and Marin welcomed us very warmly and hospitably. The house is cosy and well-maintained, the grounds are spacious with wind-protected and shady areas, and it is also quietly located and yet close to the village and beach. We really enjoyed being able to move around so easily with the bikes. The tips from Christine and Marin regarding pretty towns and markets were very helpful. Unfortunately, the house was rented out again after us, otherwise we would have liked to extend our stay. We hope to see you next time.

We loved this place with it's large, beautiful garden full of little nooks to sit in and it's spectacular view of the water. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for children. The kitchen was well equipped, the rest of the house clean and nicely furnished. There is a lovely little bakery nearby. What we enjoyed most was the peaceful and picturesque surroundings and the Olivier and his wife gave us excellent suggestions for things to do and answered all our questions promptly.

Always a pleasure to stay in this beautiful, very pleasant house. We have been there several times and we have never been disappointed.

We had a very good time at Stephane's place. Communication with Adelaine was very fast and uncomplicated. The house is very well equipped and in a prime location.

Patrick's little house is quite exceptional. Nestled in the middle of the scrub, it is beautifully decorated and benefits from an idyllic and peaceful setting. Despite the heat of June, the house remains cool. The terrace is very pleasant at the end of the day. Patrick is very welcoming and very accommodating. The restaurant 2 minutes' walk from the house is delicious and with excellent service. We really had a wonderful stay and hope to return soon.
