Holiday rentals with beach access in Vias

The apartment is extremely comfortable and well-appointed. The two dedicated parking places are a real boon. It's situation is fantastic, being only two minutes walk from the lovely harbour with all it's restaurants, and ten minutes from the centre of the town. The view from the balcony is truly special, overlooking as it does the marina and the Étang, along the shore of which you can walk all the way to the Canal du Midi. We shall certainly be back.

Very welcoming and functional accommodation with a beautiful balcony! Close to the beach and the port as well as shops (the path can be walked without problem). Guillaume is a caring and friendly host, who gave us good recommendations for activities to do on site. I recommend it:)

This was our second visit to Dominique’s gorgeous place and it didn’t disappoint. He is a fantastic host and the house, garden and pool are exactly as described/pictured. I am returning again in September demonstrating how much I love this place.

The accommodation is really very well placed , we are close to everything. The unit is small but very well arranged . We had all our meals outside so we didn't test the kitchen amenities. For 4/5 days ideal accommodation. The concierge is great . They are a couple , very welcoming , available and responsive, very flexible on schedules . We will come back without hesitation.

We stayed in Agde for 3 nights and had a great stay at the accommodation! The views and surroundings are beautiful. There are many holiday apartments on the promenade, but you can still find a quiet place on the beach. The bus is only 3 minutes away on foot. The apartment is very lovingly furnished - we felt immediately comfortable. Caroline and Benoit sent us a very clear and professional guide in advance, which included everything from check-in to recommendations for activities. So we were able to prepare for the stay. We'll be back.

I am delighted with my stay in Roland's accommodation. The location of the apartment is perfect: just a gate separates us from the beach, close to the port centre and restaurants, while being slightly out of the way to be quiet. The apartment is cozy! It felt good there. The sea view from the terrace is superb! A great place to recommend and remember... but shhh! It should not be overused

Oh my God, words are not enough to explain our experience with this Airbnb and Sète. The place is perfect, there are lots of things to do and discover so close to the Airbnb: beaches, restaurants, activities. In addition, the Airbnb is very nice, lovely, and comfortable. The decor is nice, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, and the table on the balcony is my favourite place to start the morning and end the evening. The hostess is so nice and she responds super fast with useful messages and friendly phrases. This Airbnb is really a must for your holiday in Sète! When we return to Sète, we will stay here again.

Very nice, modern apartment, just a few steps away from the beach. Great facilities, especially in the kitchen, everything you need. We enjoyed the stay very much!

We had a great weekend with friends. The house is great,bright, fully equipped and suitable for a stay with family or friends. The host is super welcoming and was flexible in terms of schedules. We had a great time at Paul's house. The view is magnificent, the pool is too. The living and dining area is open and bright and very suitable for groups. Also the division of the bedrooms. You have the option to withdraw if you wish. Paul was always available and gave us helpful tips. His father was also very friendly. Both speak good English. We will be happy to come back anytime!

Warm welcome by Mireille who is very friendly. We only stayed one night but very functional accommodation. Good quality bedding, we slept very well. Accommodation in a cul-de-sac so no noise which is very appreciable. Close to the beach on foot. We are fans of Airbnb and this one is in our top 5. It was a super nice stay that exceeded my expectations. Beach and promenade super easy to reach. Pool for shared use. Apartment super clean and well maintained. With air conditioning. Marie always responds super fast and is very flexible. We would love to come back and can recommend the apartment

An old house of great character with comfortable sitting room and well-equipped but old style farm kitchen. The shaded terrace was excellent for meals outside and the patio in front of the living room’s French doors was great for breakfast in the sun. The setting and scenery are absolutely beautiful and it is possible to do great walks right from the door. Our dog, Jim, was in his element. The house is well located for numerous walks including the Gorges d’Heric and circuits above Olargues and Saint Pons de Thomiere. A car is essential. There is no local shopping but there are supermarkets in Bedarieux and Saint Pons, not too far away. We enjoyed the restaurant ‘le lézard bleu which is close by in Vieussan. Lydia is a very friendly, welcoming and helpful host. An excellent stay we hope to return.

Everything very easy all the way through from booking to check-out with very informative instructions and communication. Ideal location in the harbour but quiet and cosy inneryard. Very clean and nice in every aspect, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Conveniently located apartment with full views of the harbor in the setting sun with a terrace large enough for 4. Shops nearby, beaches and dock centers a few meters away. Over-equipped kitchen, comfortable appliances to have a good stay. Comfortable bedding, bathroom and shower with beautiful space. a lot of storage for 4 people. Finally, a very welcoming host, good advice and helpful. Go there without a second thought for a good advice, guaranteed time.

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, impeccable cleanliness, incredible smell in the apartment. The terrace is huge with jacuzzi, BBQ, garden furniture… We were able to enjoy the pool without moderation. Morgane is a quality host, she thought of everything in the small details. She is also always available and very responsive when needed. The residence is rather well located with several shops as well as the beach nearby. Can't wait to come back!!
