Sjöstugan - our pearl right by the lake! Private house with sleeping loft, kitchen, beautiful large room with fireplace and view of the lake. Wood-fired sauna with a dip in the lake right next door. Hot tub on the jetty - always warm. Swimming dock 5 meters outside the door. Access to a boat. If you want to buy a fishing license, contact the host. Wood for the fireplace and sauna is included. The yard is fenced all the way to the lake and our Beagle dog Vide is often loose outside. He's nice. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included.

Cozy cottage right by the sea in Matvik harbor.

The cottage is simply and cosy furnished, with marine interior details. Directly outside there is a patio and parking with possibility to charge an electric car (cost SEK 5/kWh). WC and shower are located in common service building (35 m). Barbecue available on the harbor plan (35 m) and sea kayaks can be rented from us. Nice kiosk that is open all summer can be found in the harbor (50 m) and the archipelago boats depart from the dock (100 m). Beach on the other side of the bay (2 km). Grocery store is located in Hällaryd (3,5 km) and in Karlshamn (9 km).

Nice accommodation next to Mörrumsån

A newly renovated accommodation for up to 6 people on a farm by Mörrumsån. The apartment is in an older barn building and there are two bedrooms on the upper floor, each with two 90 cm wide beds. The downstairs contains a bathroom with a washer and dryer as well as a combined living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, microwave and oven and stove. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two more beds. From the kitchen, there is direct access to the patio with barbecue facilities and outdoor furniture.

Newly built holiday home in Vettekulla, 6 km from Karlshamn city center. Here you live with the forest around the corner and about 300 meters to the sea and renovated jetty. Nearby are a marina, fish smokehouse and restaurants. During the summer months, you can easily get out to the islands in the beautiful archipelago with the archipelago boat from Matvik. Nice walking trails are directly adjacent to the house. For rent to well-behaved couples and families with children older than 6 years.

Close to nature cottage in Ruan

Escape to a charming cottage surrounded by nature and just a short bike ride from Mörrum train station. Perfect for couples, small families, or friends seeking a peaceful retreat close to water and walking trails. The cottage sleeps 3–4 guests and features comfortable 160 cm double bed and sofa bed for 1–2 guests, dining area, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Small but well-equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. WC and shower. No fishing allowed.

Just a minute walk to the beach, the Orangery welcomes you with comfort and a touch of luxury in a cozy and romantic setting. The beautiful surroundings with water, islands and nature reserves offer true quality of life with many leisure possibilities! Enjoy panoramic ocean views and sunsets from inside, the large south-west facing terrace or child-friendly beach that is within 100 m. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided and the beds are made on arrival.

Matvik

Relax with family or an active holiday with archipelago, beach, jacuzzi and sauna. ARK56 with bike, kayak and hiking trails are available in the area. Kayaks available to hire. The tour boat goes from the harbor to several islands during the summer. 10 minutes walk to the harbor or beach. Extra beds are available if you are more than four people. We will do everything we can to make you feel comfortable.

Rural back yard house

Quiet and pleasant location in a rural environment. Three kilometers from the center of Karlshamn, three kilometers to the beach. The house is surrounded by fields and forest areas with mountain bike loops and opportunities for nice walks. Patio with barbecue facilities and west-facing balcony. The house is close to the host family's residential building, but with limited visibility and separate patios.

Release booth

A garden shed of 12 m² in a beautiful garden, to an old house. Rural feeling but only 1 km to Karlshamn city center and the sea. It's the little red cabin it's all about. The larger light grey house in one picture, is the dwelling house on site. During even weeks, it is possible to choose a guest room in the large house for a slightly lower price. There is a 90-bed. Then the shower is included.

Here you live right in the center in a lovely courtyard. Close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Experience the city of Karlshamn with shops, restaurants but also Karlshamn's surroundings with beautiful nature. The courtyard house has a kitchen with dining area, living room with 1 double bed 180 cm and a sofa bed 140 cm. Toilet with shower. No parking.

We're renting out a cabin on our property. It is located lush and nice about 200m from the sea. There are good opportunities for both fishing and swimming. The cottage has a sleeping loft and tiled bathroom. It also has a lovely porch overlooking a meadow with horses.
