Couldn’t have been better. Fezzano is the most relaxing spot and a great base to explore the surrounding area. Sabrina was super friendly, helped with local recommendations and even booked a restaurant for us. Parking is convenient and the apartment is clean and modern. Great terrace. We will be back - definitely recommend!

A very well-kept structure with attention to detail! In addition to the complete cleaning. The directions were clear and the location is good for getting around by car between Liguria and Tuscany. Street parking in front of the entrance gate, quiet area with the charm of the river. The description of the structure is accurate, so the only thing I would point out is that it may not be very suitable for those who have problems climbing stairs, as it is arranged on three levels.

We felt comfortable in the historic house and the extensive olive grove all around. You have the property completely to yourself and can enjoy peace and nature accordingly. The location is perfect. You can quickly reach the towns of Camaiore, Pietrasante and Viareggio by car. Gianluca provided us with valuable tips and hints for excursions and local specialties in a humorous and warm way.

My husband and I, plus our French Bulldog, had the pleasure of staying here for just over 3 weeks. Immediately felt like home, and host family had everything to do with that! Highly recommend. stunning views, fabulous location and some of the most gracious people I've ever met.

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

Vincenza was a wonderful host—kind, attentive, and very responsive. The condo was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring the promenade and nearby attractions. I truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!

What a wonderful way to spend a few days in Cinque Terre! Andrea’s place in Manarola was stunning with absolutely breathtaking views. The hills and steps are not for the weak of heart but 100% worth the visit.

Everything is great! The apartment is beautiful, clean, beautifully furnished - we felt comfortable immediately. In addition, it is totally quiet and is a perfect starting point for excursions to cities, the mountains or on foot to the beach. Cristian's parents Salvatore and Elena (who live with him) welcomed us very warmly and were super friendly and helpful. We felt like we were visiting friends. We would come back anytime:)

This is a wonderful apartment in the heart of Riomaggiore. It is steps away from the Marina, overlooks the beautiful coastline, and is near all of the bars, restaurants and shops in town. The apartment has all that you could want or need - an updated shower with fast hot water, a beautiful little kitchen, a spacious couch facing the ocean, and a very comfortable large bed. Elena was so friendly and responsive, offering local recommendations, helping us carry our luggage to the apartment, and arranging for everything for us. We loved starting our morning with an espresso on the balcony overlooking the little harbor. It was so peaceful and beautiful. We highly recommend this place!

great experience, the apartment was very clean. Parking was also easy to find in the area despite it being the night before a masquerade. Giovanna was very friendly and kind and asked us several times if we needed anything.

Lorenzo's accommodation is in the center of Camaiore in the pedestrian zone. There is free and paid parking nearby. Upon our arrival, Lorenzo greeted us on the street and helped us carry the luggage to the apartment. If there were any questions, he always answered quickly and in an extremely friendly manner. He was very helpful and accommodating to us. The beach is between 10 and 15 minutes away by car. There's a lot going on there. If you like it a little quieter, but still like entertainment, this apartment in Camaiore is perfect. The apartment is clean and has almost everything you need (unfortunately no washing machine). A baby cot is also provided.

Quiet and very relaxing area, very convenient to amenities. Small apartment, very nice and impeccable. Very clean. Very equipped kitchen. Fiorella is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it and will be back

A perfect location in a magical town. The terrace is absolutely beautiful and the location is wonderful for exploring the area or catching a ferry. Would definitely return!

All was perfect! What I liked the most was the location. Close to the city center and the sea. You can arrive in some minutes by walk. Inside of the house was modern and clean. We enjoyed a lot!

Good accommodation and a great central location

Lucca is such a beautiful, vibrant and historic place, and Leandro’s apartment certainly added to the amazing few days we had there. Leandro was always responsive where needed, with clear instructions as to how to find the apartment, and a very detailed guest book detailing the local restaurants and landmarks. The apartment itself is totally spotless, with modern furniture throughout. There is plenty of space as well as a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is very tastefully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, I fully recommend Leandro’s apartment, and if we are lucky enough to return to Lucca, we would have no hesitation to come back here.

Lorenzo was an amazing host. Super helpful from start to finish. Even bumped into him in town where he gave us even more recommendations. Place was incredible. We would stay here again next time for sure.

This was a fabulous apartment in a great central location. Access was easy loved all the windows and good facilities. I will definitely stay again next time I am in Lucca. Thank you.

Very nice balcony. Some of the windows have window screens, so you can open them without worrying about mosquitoes. The WiFi could be improved, it didn’t work at times during our stay.
