We are not at an intersection: the traffic light shines in the garden. A few steps from the center, we offer a 45-square-meter accommodation in a villa suitable for a couple, possibly with children. Induction hob and dishwasher in the kitchen; hot tub in the bathroom. Color TV, and stereo system. In the main spaces of the house, a pool table with holes and a grand piano are available for enthusiasts. Usable garden; parking and bicycles in use. Dogs are allowed as long as they are well-behaved.

Everything located in a hilly context, among olive groves and vineyards, cool in summer.

Le Muricciole, is a beautiful apartment recently restored in an old farmer's house on the sunny hills covered with olive orchards. Table,umbrella,armchairs allow to eat outside. It is at about 5 km from Lucca,medieval town, birth place of the opera composer Puccini. You can hike or bike ride on the river park, go to the seaside,only 20km away. You will like this place for the following reasons: light, intimacy, and peace. It is perfect for families, couples, groups, and people who work.

Tuscany love

Portion of a typical Tuscan residence with beautiful panoramic views. Once, when it was uninhabited, swallows lived there, and today, in summer, it is a spectacle to see them return to their place of origin every evening and fly close to the water to drink at the pool. Just as unique on May evenings is the spectacle of the fireflies' lights or the song of the crickets that give way to the cicadas, marking the hours of summer days; or the beautiful butterflies with unique colors in spring.

The residence of the Codirosso B&B: timeless soul-Tuscany

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.

Un soggiorno unico in un autentico mulino in pietra, cullati dal suono dell’acqua e dal silenzio della natura. Perfetta per coppie in cerca di tranquillità, autenticità e atmosfera. Accanto alla suite si possono ancora ammirare la storica ruota del mulino e il grande bacino in pietra per la raccolta dell’acqua detto "bottaccio".

It has a private kitchen and bathroom, surrounded by greenery, and requires a love for nature. I am available for private cooking lessons

The big and bright double room, recently renovated, is located in one of the most fascinating points of the area that overlooks the town. The terrace gives an amazing 180° view and during winter it is possible to enjoy the view of the illuminated Nativity scene of Manarola from an exclusive and quiet position. Solea is only few minutes far from boutiques, restaurants and the seaside. Private parking available by request.

The nest a few steps from the sea

Just renovated, studio in viareggina 150 meters from the sea, the pine forest and the pedestrian center of Viareggio. The accommodation consists of a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a well-equipped kitchenette. Small outdoor courtyard. Television and wi.fi. In July and August, we do not accept bookings less than 7 nights; however, it is advisable to contact us if it is necessary to change the conditions.
