A tiny house of about 30 square meters with double views of the outside (on the front a large garden shared with us, in the back a private, fresh and shaded courtyard). The middle house is relaxation, tranquility, nature, a beautiful view of Monte Gabberi, and why not? Also friendship. A place where you can share or stay in peace, in the shade of olive trees or on the couch with a good book.

Located 20 minutes from the beaches of Versilia and Pisa and 15 minutes from Lucca. It has a large open space, 2 double bedrooms, both with sea views and 2 bathrooms, one with a hot tub and a large reserved and free parking lot in front of the house. Outdoor space for dining and sunbathing with a sea view.
