Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this place, a stone's throw from the historic center of Pietrasanta, a 5-minute walk from services, and 15 minutes from the beaches of Versilia. The apartment consists of a kitchenette with peninsula, living room with 2 sofas, bathroom with shower, double bedroom and bedroom with a loft bed and a half, complete with a small garden on 2 sides complete with outdoor dining furniture.

Quiet, reserved and 20 minutes from the sea. WE ONLY ACCOMMODATE NON-SMOKING ADULTS. Hi! I'm Eleonora, and I live upstairs! Your apartment is located on the left side of the house and has a private and fenced entrance, private bathroom with shower, kitchen with dining room and a wonderful room surrounded by greenery. Pedona is a 5-minute walk away and offers 2 grocery stores and 1 restaurant. We have a VERY SLOW Wi-Fi, but the "connection" is not our priority 😉

VILLA GIOMA - Completely renovated country house

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.

Borgometato – Cipressa

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. La Cipressa is part of this place.

The house, on three levels, has two double bedrooms. Equipped with air conditioning, fast wifi connection, smart TV, microwave oven, four-burner induction hob, washing machine.
