Integrated into our existing holiday home Mateo (a wooden house), it offers a unique view over the climatic spa and wine-growing town of St Martin. With further highlights such as a bathtub, our small kitchen in the cupboard and underfloor heating, we want to make your most wonderful time of the year a precious memory of a beautiful time.

Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.
