Dear guests, in St. Martin in the beautiful In the Southern Palatinate, we offer our new apartment Dino as a holiday home, a home away from home (Off) time. Integrated into our existing holiday home Mateo (a wooden house), it offers a unique view over the climatic spa and wine-growing town of St Martin. With further highlights such as a bathtub, our small kitchen in the cupboard and underfloor heating, we want to make your most wonderful time of the year a precious memory of a beautiful time.

Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Ein idealer Standort um zu Fuß oder Rad Wanderungen zu unternehmen und einzukehren in den Hütten im Pfälzer Wald. Die Belegung ist ausgelegt entw. für 2 Erw.und 2 Kinder oder 3 Erw. Kinder und Kleinkinder sind erwünscht 😊Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in 3 km Entfernung. 4 Restaurants im Ort und kinderfreundl. Freibad ganz nah !

This spacious apartment is centrally located in the center of St. Martin. It consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a living area with a sofa bed 140 x 200 for 2 people. In the separate bedroom there is a box spring bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. So this apartment can accommodate 2-4 people. The apartment also has a bathroom with shower and toilet. In our shared garden you can relax on the lounger in good weather
