If you would like to travel to our local historic city of Exeter, There are train stations in our local villages of Whimple & Feniton both of which have parking. Approximately 20 minute drive from the picturesque beaches along the Jurassic coast.

We are situated perfectly within walking distance of the South West Coast path to explore the picturesque coast on foot.

The property is adjacent to Aylesbeare Common, a wildlife haven offering ample hiking trails and only a 15 minute drive to the seaside town of Sidmouth or 20 minutes from Exmouth. Exeter is 30 minutes by car.

Close to the River Otter, with beautiful walks along the river and through ancient woodland, plus the East Devon Footpath passing along the lane outside. There are local pubs to walk to and just a 10 minute drive from the seaside town of Sidmouth.
