We had a lovely stay with family at this apartment. The accommodation perfectly matched what was offered. The location was interesting because all the necessary shops are within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. Only small concerns about the use of the toilet which was very cramped.

Very responsive and welcoming host! I appreciated his flexibility and kindness! i recommend it 100%! We were close to our family. It was very convenient!!

The place was just perfect! Very well equipped, clean, functional and faithful to the description. Everything is designed for the comfort of travellers: full kitchen, comfortable bedding, fast Wi-Fi, and even a few small touches on arrival. It feels like home. Responsive and welcoming host. I would recommend it blindly and would not hesitate to come back!

Second stay in this apartment and everything was perfect again,the self check-in,the private and secure parking space at the foot of the accommodation is always very convenient. The place is peaceful and cozy and, above all, very well equipped. Cleanliness is irreproachable. Hygiene products,coffee,tea,jams are a very nice plus. The decor is without fail and the bedding perfect as well as the responsiveness of the hosts. Very quickly for a new stay!

We had a pleasant and excellent stay! Listing matches photos. Quite spacious and clean, with impeccable bedding. In addition, it is very well located, many things are accessible on foot. Isabelle is a very responsive host. ☺️ Small negative point in terms of insulation... you can hear outside and in the evening it was hot in the room (during our stay it was over 30 degrees in the shade). But apart from that, it was perfect Would highly recommend!

Ideal accommodation for a night in the heart of Lyon. The location is perfect for walking around the city centre and old Lyon. The accommodation as such is comfortable and clean. Only small downside for us, the bedroom shutters let a lot of light in in the early morning. But the street is quiet and the night was very peaceful! Thank you 🙏

We had the most wonderful stay at Florence’s place. The place is clean and was perfectly suited to our time in Lyon. We adored sitting out in the backyard area. They were incredibly communicative - couldn’t recommend more!

It was a very safe and quiet area, and it was very pleasant to stay. It was easy to access the station and easy to shop. I contacted them and received a reply relatively quickly. If we have the opportunity, I would like to ask you.

Xavier is a great host, fast and helpful at responding to our questions and he made the slightly circuitous check-in process very smooth by sending photos that made it easy to manage. The apartment is older (has high ceilings and nice period features). Be prepared for "Les Pentes": this area of Lyon is cool, artsy and bohemian. There is a lot of graffiti everywhere but it's street art, not vandalism! (In fact, right next door to the building is an international school of art and design). I'm so glad we stayed in Les Pentes: so much character (compared to over-touristy vieux Lyon), great restaurants etc. The only problem we had was with the elevator. We were traveling with heavy suitcases and not thrilled to discover the elevator only operates from the first floor (not ground) and the afternoon we arrived wasn't working at all. So be prepared.

Thanks to Philippe for his welcome and availability, for his advice in particular the visit to Perouge which is really worth the detour. The apartment is like home, there is everything!! and we enjoyed it very much. Congratulations to Philippe for this again, as this is not necessarily the case elsewhere. The box is a real plus, we took public transport to visit Lyon

This apartment is newly renovated and was perfect in all areas. It was very clean, quiet and very stylish. The hosts have invested in high end appliances including a great coffee machine. Perfect for our family and close to amenities.

Bruno was such a kind gracious host. He met us when we arrived to go over how the appliances work. Great apartment in a great neighborhood. Would love to stay again if I find my way back to Lyon.

Great stay in Lyon. Alain is a very friendly host and provided welcome chocolate and great local recommendations. The kitchen has everything you need if you choose to self cater, and there are many nearby specialty food shops and a very nice market along the river. Lyon is very walkable and has an interesting history. The apartment is full of art and music. Both the apartment and Lyon are highly recommended!

Great, everything was in line with the listing, even the reviews of previous tenants were taken into account, 2 sets of towels, 4 coffee pods, frankly nothing to say, it's really classy, I recommend it 100%!

Myself, my husband and our best friend stayed here for a few days to visit Lyon. The apartment is superb, it was spotlessly clean, had great amenities and was in a great location. The host gave us excellent instructions for check in so the apartment was very easy to find. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t recommend Clement’s apartment enough.

Great accommodation near Lyon, accessible by transport (bus, tram...). Quiet residence and great and easy to use jacuzzi. We recommend! Thanks to Antoine who is a responsive and very nice host.
