The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Studio centre-ville, 5 mn de la gare à pied, parking gratuit gare. Très bonne prestation, super équipé, refait entièrement à neuf, au RDC, fond de cour au calme et sécurisé. Couchage 2 personnes, 1 vrai lit queen size matelas à mémoire de forme. Appart non-fumeur. Arrivée entre 15h et 19h. Possible d’arriver en dehors de ces horaires mais avec un supplément. SDB : Douche italienne 120x70 Toilettes séparées. Chambre : Lit 160x200, TV 50’’ Placard de rangement, Fenêtres avec volets électriques.

100 m2 apartment near Quai St Vincent and Lyon tourist sites (Vieux Lyon, Fourvière, Place des Terreaux, Bellecour, Opéra). It will delight tourists, professionals (trade shows, fairs, conferences and seminars) and athletes. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (without toilet) will provide comfort and privacy to the occupants. 2 separate toilets. This place is not a party place. No noise pollution will be tolerated in the condominium and apartment.

Access to Part-Dieu station (10 min) Lyon center (20 min)

Small fully-equipped studio from 2023. Bordering Lyon 3rd. Only a 10-minute tram or drive from Part-Dieu train station and La Part-Dieu shopping center. 20 minutes by bus or car from the center of Lyon. The Médipôle is a 5-minute bus, tram or drive away. Groupama Stadium and LDLC Arena are 15 minutes away by tram. Bus, tram and self-service bikes are 250 meters away. Supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, laundromat and shops are within 150 meters.
