It has been built in the sixteen century and it has been totally renovated with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a big new kitchen, two wonderful living rooms, a huge park with a river. The watermill has full wifi connection for smartworking, a plug to charge electric cars thanks to the solar panel system, and a hybrid heating system which makes the house comfortable even during the harshest winters.
