Mansion holiday rentals in Venice

Beautiful and spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood of Venice. Everything well arranged, only too bad that the beautiful cushions on the sofa are no longer there. Furthermore, it would have been useful to have a number of maps of Venice in the apartment for the guests. Furthermore, we are completely satisfied and would like to come back here.

this Airbnb home is centrally located and though can get there via a ~20 min water taxi ride from Venice SL train station. (the hosts can help arrange one for you). the house is centrally located with just a few min walk to the grand canal.. it's also waking distance to where most tours of Venice/Murano/Burano start, and so is very convenient. there are many great restaurants in the area. one of the best we visited was TRATTORIA ZACCARIA. hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. they had many local recommendations. they met us at the dock and walked us to the house and gave a tour. a few things to point out: 1/ there are no rooms on the ground floor. so if you're traveling with large suitcases, be ready to drag them up multiple flights of stairs. 2/ the main door opens into an alleyway that leads to a public restroom.. which means the ground floor is a bit "smelly" (maybe not having a room here is a good idea in hindsight) .. it can also get very crowded with people

We had a wonderful time at Roberto’s! The location is perfect, right by the Biennale and a great base for exploring Venice. The street the apartment is on has everything you need: excellent cafés, restaurants, gelato, a supermarket, and even a pharmacy. It’s a lively area, and we loved grabbing a drink at the bar downstairs before heading to bed. The apartment itself is well-equipped and very comfortable. The terrace was a lovely spot for breakfast in the morning. Lionella was also fantastic. She welcomed us in person and helped with check-in, which was a thoughtful touch and a refreshing change from the usual self-check-ins on Airbnb. All in all, an excellent stay—we’d gladly come back!

Our stay in Venice was lovely. The location was wonderful. Easy to walk to many places. We loved looking out the windows down to the canal below us. The apartment itself was very clean and beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking which we did. The only downfall was the AC not working well on 1/2 of the bedrooms. It got quite hot but there were fans available. I’m realizing we Americans might just be spoiled with AC. It was a lovely apartment and location!

Beautiful place, easy walk to stores, restaurants. Plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen has everything you need. If you have mobility issues, do not recommend. There are A LOT of stairs and no lift. But was perfect for our group. Clean and well decorated.

Wow! What a great apartment, host and city! The apartment was fantastic! Roomy, clean and comfortable and located just steps from the Rialto Bridge. The host communicated effectively and in a timely manner. She showed sincerity and kindness and even booked our water taxis for us. She provided local restaurant recommendations that were delicious…Great experience! Strongly recommended!

We loved staying in Elena’s house during our time in Venice! The location was great as you weren’t right in the heart of the touristy areas, but could easily walk to them with no problem. Elena is one of the best hosts I’ve ever had, as she was very helpful and really cared about our experience while in Venice. The home is absolutely gorgeous too and has so much space. I would book this place again in heartbeat.

great place! Right in the middle of everything yet tucked away where we could sleep well. we had all 3 appointments (the whole building) it worked out great for my family. I host got us a private water taxi back to the airport and was 1/2 the price i paid to get in through get your guide. I would stay there again. I had my dad who was 71 stay on the first level and my kids are 8 and 11 and it worked out great. there are stairs and you will have to carry your luggage but my amazing husband handles that. thank you again for lending us your great space.

Beautiful home is the best possible location in Ljubljana, right on the river with easy access to all the restaurants there. We loved the large bedroom with the fresco ceilings— not typical of an Airbnb! The place was roomy and well appointed, beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathrooms were great.

The place is very clean and easy to find. Lovely and very friendly host. 100% recommend.

If this flat is available for your time frame, don’t hesitate. Possibly the best place I ever rented. Excellent location, pristinely clean, Great beds. Carlo went above and beyond to show us are surrounding area and highlights. Take his advice on the bakery and restaurant. So happy we were able to experience this place. I would go back. Thanks

The property was perfect for our group of 4 couples. Beautiful neighborhood with many restaurants, bakeries, and shops. Easy walk to water taxi. Jelena was very responsive and great host!

Luisa is a fantastic host, and her house in the vineyard is absolutely top-notch. The home is spacious, modern, and exceptionally well equipped — everything was clean and beautifully maintained. The location is perfect, especially if you’re into cycling. We were there with our bikes and couldn’t have picked a better spot: a cycling path runs right next to the house and takes you all the way to Treviso and even further toward the sea. Communication with Luisa was excellent. We were a larger group and made a few changes to our reservation, but everything was handled smoothly. Luisa was always flexible and eager to help. We truly felt welcome and well taken care of.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful villa just outside Venice. The house was stunning & spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a huge garden and a lovely swimming pool that we could use day or night. The outdoor BBQ area was perfect for laid-back evenings with friends. The host truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Communication was excellent, fast, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They even kindly offered to pick us up from Venice airport, which was such a nice gesture. Since we arrived late and were very hungry, they thoughtfully arranged for fresh, hot pizzas to be waiting for us when we got there—such a wonderful touch! It was the perfect holiday escape, and my friends and I genuinely enjoyed every moment. We would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Gilberto’s place in Villa Roma for my stag do weekend, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Gilberto and his wife were absolutely wonderful hosts — incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our entire stay. From picking us up from the station to helping us with taxi numbers and local recommendations, they went above and beyond in every way. You can tell they really care about making guests feel welcome and comfortable. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully kept, a true gem in Jesolo. It had everything we needed and more, making it the perfect base for my stag weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or more gracious hosts. Thank you Gilberto and your lovely wife for making our trip so memorable

I was a guest of Alessandra and her family for a relaxing weekend with some friends, with the aim of getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. What can I say, we did a great job! The apartment was perfect, spacious and furnished with every comfort (smart TV, kitchen, multifunctional oven, air conditioners) and is located within an estate full of activities for both adults and children (swimming pool, football field, darts, ping-pong table, play area for the little ones and so on!). The possibility of using bicycles for free to reach the Lido di Jesolo and the sea is very nice. In short, if I were to return to Jesolo in the future, I would have no doubts, I would come back here!

A charming heritage villa with a remarkable history! Our family really appreciated the pool which was a short walk from the apartment. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! Thank you again to Jacobo and his family for having us!

We had an amazing vacation. I can 100% recommend staying there. We booked the villa for 15 people and had plenty of space. The house offers a large kitchen and common area as well as many separate bed and bathrooms. The kitchen is perfect for preparing food for large groups and there are supermarktes nearby to buy groceries. Our highlight however was definitely the outside area including the huge garden, pool and tennis/ soccer court. The hosts and all staff were super friendly and helpful. Communcation before the stay was excellent and in the house there are also great recommendations for daytrips, beaches, places to shopping or food ordering.

Tania Villa was even better than the pictures showed. The villa had plenty of space both inside and out. The location was secluded and with the pool and tennis courts/football pitch, offered plenty of things to do. The host was responsive and accommodated our needs, including being flexible with our check-in requirements. Thanks for a great stay!

Had a wonderful stay. The outdoor area is a dream. Here and there something would have to be repaired or replaced and the lake is not suitable for swimming or fishing, but the pool made up for all that. Very happy to come back!
